Location is great, staff is super friendly, room cleaning everyday A little noise outside because of renovation

The location was absolutely perfect and the front desk staff was always kind. The room clean and the bed was a nice comfortable treat at the end of long days of site seeing. The elevator was a blessing as regular stairs are tricky for me sometimes, let alone the Amsterdam steep stairs. I would suggest putting some drain covers in the shower as an option for guests. There can occasionally be a slight sewer gas smell which is very common worldwide with the age of the buildings and the design of the plumbing. I am very much used to this coming from Mexico and always travel with a gallon size Ziplock bag that I fill halfway with water and cover the drain with it. Problem solved no smell no issues.

There is no shampoo and conditioner in the shower so take yours. One attendants was extremely nice. The other one was not very serviceable and did not help much.

Staff friendly, good location , fairly quiet street. Shower handles confusing for first timers to Europe.

the staff were nice and kind the room looked so different from the photos!!

I was extremely happy this property had an elevator that took me up to the fourth floor! Totally avoided the famous steep dutch stairs. Most comfortable bed I've ever had in Amsterdam and the facilities were totally clean. I would stay here again! I enjoyed having a window, and it was a good location with a small cafe right across the street.m I didn't like how thin the walls were. Next door neighbor had a little party for their last night and I could hear everything. This wouldn't have stopped me from staying here again though... I also couldn't get my heater to work. Very cold weather and not having a heater one morning wasn't so pleasant but the room was insulated enough to not feel the extremes of the climate. All outlets are only Type C

The hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood. There’s a tram stop and a convenience store within a 5-minute walking distance. There are frequent GVB trams to the Amsterdam Central Station which was very convenient. When we arrived, the door was closed with a sign that asked to try the other door which we never found. No one answered when we called the desk. It took quite some time before we rang the doorbell and we were let in. That wasn’t a welcoming reception. But the duty staff at other times were friendly and helpful.

Excellent value-for-money! Location is right next to Ledisplein and the price is extremely competitive. Rooms are quite tiny, and cleanliness wasn't all-that-great, BUT - if I ever go on a trip for a few days and just need somewhere to sleep, this would be an excellent choice to do again.

Dated room, needs some refreshing. No lobby

Location was perfect, our room was wide, clean and staff was helpful. There is refrigerator, hairdryer etc.

Some things are really broken amd the hotel shall repair them. In old room anradiotor and the door didn't work. In new room that I was moved to was no electrical outlet in the bathroom even though a hairdryer is available. And fridge had broken freezer that made all my food frozen - yoghurt and fruits. I will rather searxh another hotel next time.

Cozy A bit small and the twin beds were attached but were not comfy because of the gab in the middle
-
Goof location Room door unaligned and had to open it with leaning in with full body weight, super soft mattress, very narrow bed for two people

Everything was good

Great location, expensive for what you get, but was in centre of a capital city so only to be expect

Convenient location. Easy to access old town/city center, museums, and very close to bus to airport. The shower was a bit awkward.
