Good location; very near to public transport (metro, bus). Nice stuff. Good breakfast. The TV could use an upgrade, and a fridge in the room would have made the stay even more comfortable.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our bags before check in and after check out. The location was easy to get the metro into the main centre. The breakfast could have been better. The bathroom shower surroundings needed a clean and the bed pillows were small and hard.

Excellent location for getting to/from Amsterdam airport on the inner city train, only 15mins. Also a great location to the city, trains every 5mins. Great helpful staff and great selection of food for breakfast. Nothing to report on

Great location, rooms good, great shower Some wierd stuff about breakfast slots being already booked when we checked in. No issues at any morning getting in for breakfast when it suited

We stayed at the hotel for one night for The Weeknd concert, and overall, it was a very comfortable stay. We really appreciated having an iron in the room, and the fact that the hotel was within walking distance of the concert venue was extremely convenient, as it helped us avoid the traffic after the concert. We also thought the complimentary gift bag prepared especially for the concert was such a thoughtful touch. It was even more considerate that the food included in the bag was vegan. It really made us feel welcomed and showed great attention to detail. For transportation, the metro was the easiest option, but walking to the metro station with our luggage was quite tiring.

The hotel room was very modern with lovely facilities to use. The staff were exceptionally friendly and appeared to want to actually help with any inquiries that we had The added bonus of the revolving doors and lifts was a treat for us old ones!!! Another plus point is the hotel is very close to the subway station for getting into old Amsterdam too. The beer was nice but expensive for our tastes. There was no parking areas set aside for motorcycles; there were six bikes in the car park the night we stayed; all vulnerable to the careless motorist! Not enough outside seating either, only one seating area for us "outside" lover seems a little thoughtless?
