The location was very convenient. It is not far from the train station, and the city centre can be reached by a short train journey. There are some restaurants near the station that serve food until late in the evening, as well as grocery stores open during the day. The room had a reasonably sized refrigerator, which was useful for storing food, and the kettle was also a convenient addition. Some receptionists were well trained (some were not, see minuses). The bathroom was not clean. The mirror was damaged, there was mold in the shower, and the "clean" towels had visible dirty spots (see photos). The breakfast was mediocre and offered limited variety. Although we had activated the "Do Not Disturb" sign, housekeeping still knocked on the door (did not enter though). One receptionist was also not well informed about billing details. She initially claimed that it was not possible to issue an invoice showing the price per night / per person, which turned out to be incorrect. Eventually her colleague provided exactly such an invoice without any problems.

Location is good for the arena and stadium and the metro stop is close to go to the city The mattress was paper thin and incredibly uncomfortable. My back and neck and terribly messed up from my 3 nights here. The spare pillows in the closet were disgusting and covered in stains with no pillowcases. The ventilation in the bathroom was mouldy and the light switch for the bathroom is at the front door and not anywhere near the bathroom (perhaps this was our odd layout in our corner room). The wifi did not work at all.

Sound isolation of the rooms could be better.

Very clean, comfortable stay, 24/7 reception desk, close to the Arena. A perfect spot for people going to a football match/event there. Also not too far from the city center, easily reachable with public transport.

Great staff, good food. Quite expensive for the fact you’re a bit removed from most of the main things to do in Amsterdam. Fortunately, it’s close to the metro train and NS train stops that you can use to get around multiple cities from Amsterdam, to Utrecht, to Rotterdam & The Hague. Older building, though the rooms were more recently renovated. Again, kind of in an area with not much to do without catching a train somewhere else.

The bed and the pillow wasn’t good at all. The breakfast was poor.

The bathroom lacked storage space. There was no space for the toiletry bag and nowhere to hang the hand towel.

Location is good as it was near to Train Station. Bed was not comfortable as it was too soft and slips frame. Bathroom was flooding all the time.

The room was comfortable and the hotel was about a 5 minute walk from the metro, taking you to central station. The main purpose of my visit was to go to a concert and the venue was about a 20-minute walk from the hotel, making the location ideal for this trip. There were small touches that could have been better. Some of the towels, for example, had loose threads. The carpeting in the hallway appeared bleach stained in some spots, the curtains had a stain on them as well.
