Location: easy access to the metro, and walking distance to Biljmer Arena shopping area. Owner was a nice person, resolved a minor issue promptly after office hours. Price: much less expensive than neighbouring hotels. Beds were comfortable, Overall good value and experience for a private room with shared facilities. Room size: our room was quite small and cramped. I would recommend booking one of the larger rooms. Heating was inconsistent during this cold wet March. Noise was an issue from neighbors, late night disco type music, doors and bathrooms are quite loud when used at night by other guests.

The bed was super comfortable and the whole place was very clean. Check-In and Check-Out were easy. The place is too noisy, you can hear absolutely everything at every hour. For 100€ a night outside of the city centre, I would have wished for a quieter space. In our first night, an alarm went off and it was hard to get some sleep.

Staff were great. Room was neat. Shared spaces were very clean when we arrived. Room heating was a little low. Check out time was very early at 1030 am especially with regards to the check in time.

Beautiful property, really well decorated. Impeccable rooms and very clean facilities. Staff was super nice and helpful, and the stay was really comfortable

Everything was great and exactly the way I'd expected it to be: a supercomfy big clean room, near the metro and a helpfull host. Suggestion: I would appreciate it even better if there was like a small stove to cook smth since there is a kitchen at disposal. It was a bit cold but I guess it is the downside of having a spacious room.
