I liked that it was relatively cheap. Staff at reception were very friendly. It was loud at night because of neighbors and during the day the cleaning ladies were loud. The walls are very thin. I didn't feel cozy in the hotel. There was no "do not distrub" sign that I could put outside my door , and one day a cleaning lady knocked on the door and opened it faster than I could respond. I told her my room doesn't need cleaning. When I was leaving another guest was complaining that he purse had disappeared from her room, which made me glad to be leaving. Also the vending machine took my money and didn't give me my drink. I ended up leaving and staying at Zoku Amsterdam. I felt much better there.

Room was not clean. More of a motel than a hotel. Very small bathroom

Room smelled humid. Open window we couldn't close. Shower water got everywhere because of the floor.

Helpful staff. 24 hour staff was helpful when we checked in at midnight. Provides luggage storage at 0 cost. We only stayed 11 hrs. Arrived at midnight and checked out at 11am.

Location Location was good - room was not very clean and rooms were EXTREMELY hot even with AC going. I did not feel clean the entire time staying there even after showering. Most of the staff (not all - the man who checked us in was great) did not care about anything and acted like they hated being there. The beds were so uncomfortable and so loud. The walls are so thin you hear everyone wake up. Everything was so loud.

Comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, great location for business and pleasure. Fabulous breakfast and lovely common areas for meeting friends and colleagues.
