Location No elevator, staff that won’t speak English, high price, etc

Proximity to train station and metro, location is great for sight seeing. That and the two nice receptionists (unfortunately I did not get their names but they were both people of color) are the only redeeming qualities of this hotel BED BUGS. And receptionist who checked us in could do with some training instead of having an “i’m older than you and I go up and down the stairs” competition with my mother when I asked if it was possible to be given a lower floor room (since days prior, they already anyway messaged in the app that they had a first floor room for us). They say you get what you pay for..but I’ve stayed in other budget hotels that were bare and basic and clean and decent. This is unfortunately just really crappy. Sorry

Very small room, claustrophobic overall vibe of the hotel. AC was broken / leaking and there was black mold in the shower.

The property can be classified as “You get for what you pay”, if you are a solo traveller then the room space will be perfect for you and the location is exceptional! The overall hygiene was fine and many reviews mentions bedbugs, never encountered this. -Facilities of the room is poor, could have a mirror and a refrigerator at least for that price. -housekeeping and staff knocks on the door as if the police is coming for a home arrest. -no sound insulation, you will be hearing every cough in the whole hotel and the street.

The location is great. And the coffee machine was always ready. Staff is nice and helpful. But it's kind of a dump.

Perfect location, friendly staff.

The location is very central but very loud and the street is filthy and there is trash everywhere. I booked this hotel in a very expensive rate because of a concert that was during my stay. From the first moment of arrival I was greeted with rude and not pleasant hospitality from the hotel stuff. I got my room at the 4th floor that had very narrow and high stairs (not suitable for old people and big suitcases). The room was very small and had only the most necessary staff in it (no fridge, no coat hangers and not even a remote for the tv) Outside of the window there was another rooftop so no real fresh air could come in. After my stay I arrived home and noticed that my whole body was covered in bed bugs bite, I even checked with a doctor that confirmed me that my bites were from bed bug at this hotel. I reached out to booking that tried to help me with the situation but they couldn’t do much because of the hotel lack of response. I tried to reach out myself and called multiple times and was treated with rude, unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I tried to talk with the manager that was “never available” even when I called multiple times to talk with him. at some point after me begging to talk to the manager, the receptionist just hang the phone on my face and kept doing it when realizing it was me. I just wanted to ask for a response to booking emails. If you’re considering booking this hotel, save yourself the discussing bed bugs bite and the need to throw away your contaminated clothes and having to do multiple high temperature laundry loads. I have reached out to the GGA for bed bugs infestation and I hope they will conduct an inspection soon and close this hotel.

Well to be truthful we were kinda stuck on not much to choose from ! Had I known how busy it was I would’ve chose a more quiet location ,bathroom was way to small for my husband and a small fridge would’ve been nice . Beds were comfortable and clean . I give kudos to the cleaning staff as it is very challenging for them climbing those stairs ? also more hanging hooks would improve for towels , no hand towels as well ?

Great location, great service! No elevator.
-
Very cramped room for three people

The room was for my wife and her friends. She said it was very good. highly recommend it. We would probably stay there when we go back.

Location is great. The bed was very comfortable (,I like soft beds). The shower was always hot There was free coffee in the lobby. They did a great job of cleaning and replacing towels and sheets daily The room was quite small. There was quite a bit of street noise

Just the location. Very cramped space, bathroom in poor condition—water leaks out when you take a shower—the heating is terrible, the pillows aren't comfortable, it's really super uncomfortable, and you have to climb a lot of stairs; it's extremely expensive compared to the amenities it offers.

Location I won’t say anything about the terrible stairs and tiny rooms. But when a drunk guy is sleeping in the narrow hallway outside your door, and no one really wants to help get him out of the way, that’s one thing. But this hotel has bedbugs! And that’s disgusting.
-
Small rooms and a lot of staris inlf you are in a high floor.

Unbeatable position. Rooms were clean and cleaned, staff treated us kindly. Room little tiny, but considering price and position it’s still good deal
