Great location by the water. Walkable to public transportation The reception/concierge isn't connected to the hotel. Not a deal breaker.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, top locatie, in de kamer - comfortabel bed en beddengoed, optimaal gebruik van de ruimte, super fijn uitzicht

Yes was lovely Everything was fine

Very friendly staff. The room + facilities + view + location really awesome! The room was not clean (alot of dust under the bed), the TV did not wok and the concierge could not make it work. The parking is not private as announced, it is public, and there was no parking available when I arrived. This is really deplorable because I organize car rallyes and not acceptable to advertize "private parking" when it is not. The breakfast is nothing to rave about, although for a beautiful property sich as the Pontsteiger there is much room for improvement

I loved the location. We had an apartment at the Eric Vokal Apartments. We needed addional space for family to stay near each other. The fact that we were in the same building was an added bonus.
-
There were no windows.

The Hotel was super clean, extremely nice staff and not far from the Centre Everything was perfect.

Very clean, comfortable room, perfect and easy access. I notice to be perfect for people with limited access for health and age reasons. The shower is simply perfect. Reception staff was very impolite (all of them), seems to me they hate to work there. There is no real restaurant and zero breakfast available.

The room had no window or any view at all, which made it feel very confined and uncomfortable, almost like a cell.

Nice hotel, Decent sized room and in good upkeep.

The room is quite stylish and has a small kettle and a Nestpresso coffee machine. The location is pleasant, close to the ferry and the city center. The building is beautiful. Check-in is fast and the staff is friendly. There's no wardrobe in the room, no place to hang coats, and no place for outdoor shoes, which is very inconvenient in the fall and winter. The climate control in the room is rather strange. My room was fine, but my colleague's room was extremely cold. The fan was constantly running and noisy. The room has transparent curtains (no blackouts), making it difficult to sleep at night due to the city lights and passing ferries.

The smell was bad from the toilet and they said it normal Something else I charged twice once from booking and the hotel insist to pay it again I tried to show them that the money is deducted from my credit card and now I send multiple messages to the booking I called them without any response

It was quite en very peaceful, the lobby is comfortable with an amazing view. The staff is always there to help you, there is not really a restaurant but they have a nice and full honesty bat where you can make your coffee and take a drink Only ground floor rooms, our view was towards the street wich was not really nice since we had to leave the curtains closed all the time.

paying the expensive taxes when checking in

Not prepared for disabled individuals . No concierge service despite the stairs inside and outside the hotel . Pillows was high and uncomfortable.

The room I had this stay was fantastic. Great view of the river and quite spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Location was great, it was in an area in which isn’t high for tourist, so was able to go to some really local locations. Some rooms don’t have windows, so you feel like you are in a box, for such a high price, it seems a bit odd. I don’t remember seeing it listed that rooms don’t have windows.

Very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. No windows, extremely small -- unable to really open suitcase and move around room.
