Everything about this hotel is amazing. Such a beautiful spa and the staff were just as great. The rooms were clean and had all you needed, with exceptions of the fridge not really making anything cold. Breakfast was lovely, standard buffet style but nothing ran out and all was presented beautifully. Plenty of healthy options too, such as fruit & yogurts. There wasn't really anything we didn't like. Minor things like the IT system they use seems terrible as check in took forever and they messed up the hold deposit by actually charging my credit card, twice! However it got sorted as soon as we highlighted it. The hotel package I got included unlimited spa use. It was a separate building from the spa and we had wrist bands to enter the spa so we didn't need to talk to reception every time we wanted to enter. However the wrist bands never worked and we still had to get them to help us in. Like I said minor and definitely not something that will put us off going again!

Faciliyies Misleading info regards sauna&spa ..9.30pm I was asking if I pay tonight then I was told that spa is for a whole day until 10 pm.Then I asked about clear directions how to get to Amsterdam cental and I was adviced that I can purchase bus ticket despite I told stuff anout possesion of travrlcard.Overall service should be better for money paid....overall okey ...seems lije Dutch threating own kind bettet then foreneighs

The spa facilities were amazing! The property is far from the main city. Hotel amenities were very basic considering the price of the hotel.

The spa itself was absolutely exceptional beautifully designed, relaxing, and clearly created to provide a luxurious wellness experience. Every aspect of the spa made it easy to unwind, and it was the highlight of my visit. the hotel staff couldn’t answer even basic questions about the spa. There was a disconnect between the hotel and the spa . The room also fell short of expectations. The sheets were torn, and the overall cleanliness could have been better. When I asked about food options, I was simply told to order Uber Eats, which was disappointing for a wellness hotel. I recommend staying elsewhere and just use the SPA.
