Stylish, spacious room with good sound isolation in a good location. I appreciated the good shower head, that felt like spa. The iron wasn't working. After getting another working one, cleaning took it away. So had no iron again the next day. Maybe a better system for recording broken items for personnel.

The location was excellent, and the rooms were incredibly spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Everything was clean and well maintained, and we really enjoyed our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel! We had dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening, but unfortunately, the food wasn’t very good.

This is my go-to spot in Amsterdam, as its out of the hustle and bustle. The rooms are very clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable and the staff is top notch-- not only helpful but genuinely kind and interesting people working at the front desk. I think they could up their game a little on the reservation system for using the spa facilities. The sauna can easily hold a good size group and the hot tubs as well. I think reservations are great but for such a big hotel I think that they could get more people in / day.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the room was comfortable with a lovely view over the water. We also really enjoyed the bar! Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would happily come back. The only downside was a slightly unpleasant smell coming from the ventilation in the room.
