The property was clean, spacious, and very nice! It’s conveniently located next to the tram, which takes you through the heart of the city and straight to Central Station. The staff were very professional and attentive. I highly recommend this property! No complaints.

Superb

The location was not bad, but off centre! On the other hand, there was a metro station quite near and, most important, a tram line passing just outside the hotel! The room size was very good! Very comfortable, with good day light and a very good bathroom! Breakfast was ok, but I'd say a bit expensive! It would be nice to have the opportunity to make a cup of tea or an instant coffee!

The hotel room was great and also the AC was working. We did get a bad room in the beginning (opposite parking lot), however, reception was happy to help to change it to higher floor. Overall the room is great and hotel is in front of the tram, so you can easily get everywhere in the city in a few minutes. The hotel overall was fine. Only negative is that we had a fire alarm going off and the whole hotel got evacuated as it should, however, the staff didn't communicate to us at all, so people were everywhere, also trying to get back in and the staff did not once address us during the whole ordeal. Would advise to train the staff on fire & safety

It was a short stay, but everything met our requirements. Some staff were warm, kind and very helpful . The most annoying aspect was that there was No where in the bathroom to hang used towels. Especially as we did not need fresh towels for 2 days.

Very clean modern stay. Area was great right in front of a tram station for easy access the the city. Still had some good offering around it despite being a 25-30 min tram ride into the center. Check-in/out options were super great too

The location was very good, as is the self check-in and check-out and the luggage storage facilities were excellent. The fridge was filthy with a blocked drain hole with rotten water dripping over the food I purchased from nearby . I sent an email and phoned reception to alert them ,on the evening of my check-in . They promised to fix it first thing in the morning. I confirmed face to face with reception first thing the next morning. Still no joy. When I phoned reception later to follow up the person on duty was hostile and unhelpful . Eventually they brought in a replacement fridge which also leaked badly. No extras as well. Strictly two coffee pods, two tea bags, two sugars . If you want anything you have to go to their expensive vending machine in the lobby

room - good but lacked lighting for make-up and outlet near mirror for hair curler location - great for transportation but terrible for eating! You really need an on site restaurant so that when guests come back, tired from touring they can have a relaxing meal on site without having to navigate UberEats or vending machines. There are no restaurants close to the hotel. You need one in the hotel to get my recommendation for "romantic place to stay". Staff -GREAT Breakfast - very good As per above comments, we hated that there was not a restaurant in the hotel. It was terribly inconvenient. I didn't like the lighting in the bathroom. I use a hair curler and there was not an outlet within 12 feet of a mirror.

Location was great and very nice staff Tv didn’t work properly! Loads of channels showed active movies but when pressed on they wouldn’t load. This is for 80% of all channels!!
