The property was modern, clean and very accommodating. It was a bit south of the city center. Our restaurant for dinner in the north end was a 30 minute walk. Also, the bartender’s English was not great, which led to some confusion on drink orders. Both were very minor issues and we’d definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for exploring Amsterdam. Lovely, friendly staff from the moment we arrived. Spacious family room. Delicious breakfast with great choice. Altogether perfect place to stay for us Nothing

The bartender was hard to understand and was not knowledgeable about drinks or how to charge for the drinks or even how to make drinks or what was available. That is my only complaint. The rest of the staff was very helpful.

Clean hotel with lovely staff The location is hard to get to by public transport. The tram and Metro stops are not that close. The hotel dies not have any amenities like shower caps, q-tips, face wipes, etc. The rooms facing the inner court are loud with movemenrs of trash and other things.

The lobby was very nice, breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. Pillows were too big, canal view wasn’t worth the extra cost and the room was very dark and outdated. The location was far from everything we wanted to do.
