Location During check in staff rudely insisted room would not be available until 3pm. After waiting 1.5 hrs in lobby I asked another staff person if I could take a cheaper room to get early check in. She indicated original booked room was in fact ready instead of waiting another 1.5. Original staff member was also inflexible about late check out. Terrible customer service!

Location was excellent - near the main train station. Hotel was super nice to allow us to check in around 9am in the morning when we arrived early. Really appreciated it.

Very clean. The staff were fabulous and shared lots of things about what to do in the city N/A

The breakfast selection was fantastic. The roof terrace gave amazing views. All the staff were really pleasant and helpful. The family room had a step up into the bathroom and so upon arrival my elderly mother took a fall. Luckily so significant injuries, just a shock.

We included breakfast in our stay...well worth it. Breakfast was great, fresh and plenty of choices. The location was great also. Many reviews said snacks were provided in the libby, they really were not, water and candies were in the lobby, which is great, just curb your expectations

Location is the key reason for this hotel. Clean We would have liked a double bed not twin. The one twin was broken noisy. And gowns don’t fit.
