It was close to the train station. The property was fine, not too good, not too bad. The big problem is the people that work in the property; It can be the best hotel in the world, very luxurious, with the best installations but with the incompetent people and everything will be disastrous. I arrived early on my first day and the person that attended me ask me to wait for two minutes and those two minutes become 15 minutes; ( they didn’t have my room ), because it was early I understood so I went out with my wife to enjoy the city which we enjoyed a lot but when we come back around midnight to get the room and sleep we had to spend about 20 minutes to get the room, the person said it was my lucky day because I was going to have an upgrade after the long waiting and you know what that means… they didn’t have what I paid for so they gave me what they have. I am running because my schedule tight so I can not describe much better all can say is if you get this hotel be prepared to wait for a while and me be get in to a fight to get your room.

Everything is great
-
One of the best location in Amsterdam Small room, and low quality room service
-
The location is exceptional Staff were very helpful and friendly Close proximity to Central Station Price is slightly high Some rooms don’t have mirrors except in the bathroom
-
Helpful, friendly staff, great location to the train station Have to carry heavy suitcase up and down steps at entrance
-
Location Housekeeping service Reception staff response was not friendly when asked on some support (Panadol, nearest pharmacy,..etc). Simply they answered “Search in internet!”
-
Location was perfect. Room was clean. Size of the room, and the breakfast
-
Uber pickup and drop off is not very convenient since they cannot do it right in front of the hotel.
-
The room very quiet and excellent breakfast

The room was small, but functional. The view of the canal was great. The location was amazing, train and bus station right outside the door. The curtain opened and closed via a button right next to the bed! Breakfast was very good, lots of options. The lounge was also very nice and reasonably priced. The ice machine in the hallway didn't work. The Air conditioning worked well, after we figured out on the second night (they forgot to tell us) you have to wave your hotel card over the panel to alter the temperature. The toilet was about four steps away from the bed, separated only by a sliding door. You could hear everything.

Nothing

The overall experience was great, but the location was exceptional. Nothing that we can remember

Ultra busy location but can not beat the convenience of staying right next to central station. The gym, pool and sauna were all really nice and added to our stay. So many elevators but they all worked great.

Cool, comfortable room with air con (stayed during heat dome). Close to the train station with lots of restaurant options nearby. Very kind & attentive staff who gave us a kettle for our bedroom & milk for our tea.

Very good location. The men at the front door were very nice. We were given two bottles of water for 4 days stay. WTF???

Location was good Our room was a disappointment the minute we walked in. There was a HUGE stain on the carpet as you step into the room. The room was VERY outdated and was in need of a makeover. The most frustrating thing was that I paid extra for the Executive King Room- Canal View. The room description said there was a couch and the couch was clearly missing.

Location is great.

Had to take 2 elevators

I loved the window views of the canals and that it faced the train station. For my room I had a little alcove window that I ended up getting a pillow and blanket to lay inside and watch the life of the city from above. Was amazing! Nothing that really stood out. It was a nice experience.

Excellent location, just a short walk from the city center, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. The hotel offers great value for money, and the staff were outstanding—warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their exceptional hospitality made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommended. All good
