Location was good, in a safe spot too. Very close to tram stop. Staff was friendly and I would say the room is nice! They even stored my luggage for me after checkout for a bit. Highly recommended for solo travellers. The room was pretty small, I was surprised at how cramped it was but I think it was decent enough for the city centre. I think it's more for shorter stays.

There’s nothing I could do about it but the stairs suck I always it’s beautiful

The location is excellent really central , hotel has two buildings ( the main one has no elevator and very stiff stairs of four floors… the second building on the right is quite narrow however has an elevator ?. Very helpful and caring personal at the reception. No air conditioning , very small rooms , shower with no glass door but a curtain…

Room was good, rest of the hotel was not great. Reception is in a different building. TV didnt work.
-
Location It was poorly cleaned, marihuana smell all over the place, people shouting during the night. Old and not well maintained. We left with bedbug bites. Do not recommend.

Excellent location. Easy to walk to shopping, restaurants/bars, museums, grocery store. Easy access by tram to the central train station and to/from Schiphol airport. Staff all very kind and helpful. Canal room was super cute and lovely to sit on the balcony to watch the tour boats go by.

the pillows could have been better and if they cleaned the sheets if staying longer than 3 nights.
-
Location and room for the price Access to the room is via a very narrow and high staircase.

Location Not clean…..old..weird

Refused to let me cancel stay after I found they have repeated and unaddressed issues with bed bugs. I just moved into a new home and had no intention of bringing bugs back home, or subjecting my 3 year-old to bed bugs. In addition, they stated they were foing to have me stay at another address than the one I reserved, which is fraud. Don't stay here.

the road in front of the hotel is closedin the weekend. you have to walk 100m to get a taxi.

Nice and well trained staff ,convenient , close to everything Basement room walls have dust , it need a deep cleaning

Other staff just appeared miserable never smile but this could be a cultural thing. Rooms were kept immaculate when a room clean was required. Fantastic location not far from Vondel Park The sash window in my room was propped open with two blocks of wood. So to close the window you need to lift the sash window remove the blocks then the window will drop. These windows are huge and as an Architect I know this could be very dangerous. This really needs to be sorted ASAP as a health and safety issue. Also there is a sheet of glass which forms the edge of the shower not very well thought out as it's hidden behind the shower curtain so you could walk into the edge of it. I think these items are very important to mention for the safety of future guests

I booked a budget basement room to save money and got what I ordered. The room was okay but small and I was grateful for the window for some fresh air. The bed was comfortable enough. I did not have the breakfast at the hotle but there was one available. The staff was great and very freindly. We were able to store our luggage there. Great location. The room was very small but I did book a budget room so I can't complain too much! the wall had been damaged and there was plaster dust on the floor- the small quarters must make it so feet and luggae hit that corner a lot.
