Everything Love it
-
Location is close to central station and to tourist attractions
-
One thing to note is that the hotel only allows check-in at the scheduled time. Early check-in was not available during my stay. It might be possible for an additional fee, but I didn't ask.

Clean, comfortable and close to train station. Great breakfasts! Nothing

The location. Hier ist die verschärfte Version mit deinem zusätzlichen Punkt: What a disappointment! First of all, this hotel is outrageously overpriced. We paid €450 for just two nights, and the experience was nowhere near worth that amount. The advertising is misleading: the hotel clearly states that breakfast costs €13.50, but when we arrived, reception informed us that it was actually €25 per person. This is unacceptable and feels like false advertising. The cleanliness was also far below expectations. Our dirty towels were simply placed back on the bed instead of being replaced or removed properly. For a hotel charging these prices, basic housekeeping standards should not be an issue. To make matters worse, one of the elevators was completely out of service, causing unnecessary inconvenience throughout our stay. The location is close to Amsterdam, which is probably the hotel’s only real advantage. However, the immediate area is unattractive, with very little to see or do nearby. As for the room, the decoration was extremely dull, outdated, and uninspiring. There was absolutely nothing special, stylish, or welcoming about it. In fact, I would have preferred a basic roadside hotel over this. The entire atmosphere felt cold, boring, and without any character. Considering the price, the overall experience was simply unacceptable. In my opinion, this hotel is worth around €75 per night, certainly not more than €220. What I genuinely cannot understand is how this hotel has received so many positive reviews. Those reviews were one of the main reasons we decided to book it in the first place, and we now feel completely misled. After our stay, I honestly question where these high ratings are coming from because our experience was overwhelmingly negative from start to finish. This was one of the ugliest and most disappointing hotels I have ever booked. The only positive point is that parking was free and we were not charged for it.

The location Small size of room
-
Room was good - size excellent, openable window, good planning of furniture for room size. Finishes were good and reasonably well maintained, he bathroom finishes were practic al and fitout good Wifi good Room format ( Double bed not twin not available on arrival so we had to wait rooms would be good in this situation with small kitchenette facility - consider when re-furbishing. Only needs to be tiny, but jug is preferable to pod water supply and a tiny wash up sink maybe a microwave would be appreciated. The raw timber decoration theme is a little dated/ weird, inoffensive but a bit Nuts&Berries s'70's style. The bathroom tile selection ( Delft pictures of Willy + his bride, motor cyclist dutch themes (?) was quirky but frankly a bit weird - is it an in-joke? T

I was satisfied with the breakfast. I would also like to highlight the cleanliness, which is very important The location is quite far from the city center, and it takes more than half an hour to get there by metro
-
The breakfast was pretty decent. The staff was pretty nice. They made the beds everyday. Not the best in terms of cleanliness - they would not vacuum the room everyday.
