Very nice place to stay, conveniently located near transportation hub, wonderful hosts. The requirement of an upfront refundable cash deposit.

I traveled with my friend, and as two women we found the place very safe and cozy. The owners were also very friendly, and everything went smoothly. It is close to Amsterdam Sloterdijk, and we were able to walk there easily. It was also very easy to get to the city center.

Everything was really cossy and nice. Our hosts are very pleasant couple. It was a really good service. Everything was nice, so there was nothing to complain about.

Quiet and wholesome, great breakfast, oh and we spent couple nights in the summer and there is AC!! Huge plus!

One of the operators produced a 5 page contract after I arrived for me to sign which has a lot of unusual conditions such as 10 am check out, not a minute later, and 3 pm checkin, not a minute earlier. No luggage storage before checking in or after checking out. No waiting area. The facility needs a facelift. The entrance is cluttered and the walkway to the room is cluttered. Precarious stairs to room. Too many rules about the use of the shared bathroom. Set times for breakfast for which I am awakened with a know on the door. Security deposit of 100 euros collected on arrival. Depressing experience. No more B&B for me . Breakfast included

If you want a quiet place to stay,,choose Bed and Breakfast Holy Dove it is 10 mins walking distance from the Amstersam Slotejik station. the Host are kind and accomodating. They are very welcoming.The breakfast is worth the price.

The location is situated approximately 5 km from the city center, but it takes only 5 minutes to reach Sloterdijk station, from where you can take the tram, train, or metro, and in 30 minutes you can reach the center. Tram 19 is the best option. There is a Lidl store in the area, a 10-minute walk away, but it is poorly stocked and dirty. The breakfast was quite substantial, and the hosts are friendly. The room is simple, the wardrobe might be small for two people, the beds are comfortable, and there is a small refrigerator. The bathroom is shared, used with the people in the adjacent room. The area is very quiet, and the owners have a strict no-smoking policy. There is a terrace, but you cannot smoke on it. It is a suitable place for people looking for a quiet place to stay, completely unsuitable for party-goers or smokers.

The room was very cosy, with everything you need (big bed, bedside table and a small lamp, fridge, microwave, table with 2 chairs, small wardrobe) The windows are not so sound proof, so if you are a light sleeper, it might be difficult as you can hear the trains once in a while.

We stayed two nights. The couple is very friendly and the accommodation very good. The location is perfect, the bus and tram are only 10 minutes walk away and the breakfast was very nice in the morning. Thank you for the bike loan! ??

Was a great location for me - only 20 minutes walk from where I had meetings during my 2 day stay.

Breakfast and cleanliness was acceptable. Very cold in the room! The host reprimanded me with an inappropriate tone for a guest who pays for the accommodation many times that I wet the floor in the bathroom! Inconvenient stairs to climb!

The room was very spacious and clean and the hosts were lovely and made you feel very welcome. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on which made for a very comfortable stay! The neighbourhood is very quiet too. It was at times inconvenient sharing a bathroom with other guests e.g on day of checkout when you are running to a deadline but most of the time it was fine.

Kerst y Joyce were the best hosts we have ever met. We want to remark their atenttion, details and kindness. They made us feel at home and were very respectful of our spaces. The rules were very clear and not very demanding in the house rules. We definitely recommend this place and will come back.

The hosts were lovely, friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room and the bathroom were both clean and comfortable. We liked the breakfast too! The apartment was easy to reach by bus, train, and metro from the airport and city center. The area was quiet and we rested well after a day of exploring.

The fresh homemade breakfast was proportional, tasty and balanced. The house location was also good, just a 10 minute walk to the sloterdijk station. The room and the bathroom were all clean.

Our 5 night stay at this accommodation was exceptional. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Joyce made us a delicious breakfast every morning which consisted of eggs, different bread types every day, fresh vegetables, cheese and meat, and jam. Perfect for starting the day. Also offered various different drinks including hot chocolate, coffee, tea, and orange juice. The room had a mini fridge, microwave and kettle. Offered fresh linens throughout our stay and they tidied the shared bathroom often. Sharing with one other room led to no issues with bathroom access. The location was perfect, only a short walk from a bus/tram station, making a ~25 minute commute to the main Amsterdam canal area that was easy to manage even if you are not familiar with transit or the city. Even walking nearby the accommodation was lovely. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone and would return if in the area! No notes for improvement.
