Liked the location, loved the shower and the staff was very friendly. Water was turned off for a portion of our stay making it impossible to shower. We received no warning in advance so we could plan. The telephone in the room did not work, so we were unable to contact the front desk. a concierge or hotel operator to inquire about the water. We visited the front desk to report the telephone issue. We were told she would check on it for us. The next day, we tried to contact the spa to arrange an appointment and the phone was still not working. We visited the desk a 2nd time to report the issue. The breakfast was very disorganized. The food was less than acceptable. On the 2nd day, we tried breakfast again hoping the first visit was just a bad day, but it was worse. I found a hair in the food and reported to the server. She apologized, but no attempt to get us something else was made. Very disappointing...

Nothing i left the next day and requested for refund which it didnt happen A/c wasnt working so instead they gave me fan

Central location - excellent terrace, restaurant and bar and good gym Rooms poorly designed - shower leaked onto bedroom floor - mini bar and and coffee not replenished once during 5 night stay except when we asked for more coffee. No room service 12-7am

The room layout was cool, the lounge was really nice, and the spa was beautiful. Staff were generally nice. Easily walkable from Centraal station even with a suitcase. Terrible value overall and I wouldn't recommend it. The best parts were the lounge and the spa, but you can literally just stay somewhere else and visit them. Guests don't even get unlimited access to the spa facilities - you have to book a slot and are allowed one 90-minute visit per day. At that point I'd rather stay somewhere else and book a treatment. The internal courtyard rooms are pretty lame, there's not a lot of privacy and the courtyard doesn't even have a garden or something below. Staff were really nice and had an almost overly accommodating attitude, but so many weird mistakes. We tried to reserve the spa after it closed and were told we'd get a call confirming our reservation at 9am the next day, but weren't called until hours later. I saw someone's old room service tray hanging out in the hallway for an entire day. On the last night of my stay, I realized I had forgotten my swimsuit in the spa showers earlier that day. I went down in person to tell the night shift concierge and ask for help - informing her I had an early train in the morning. When I went to the front desk in the morning they didn't seem to know anything about it and tried calling around for 15 minutes and were unable to find it before I left. I've stayed at luxury properties and I was really shocked by this. For one, I would expect them to be the ones calling me? They have the reservation system and surely they would have found the suit. Then the fact that the night concierge apparently didn't inform anyone and somehow no one has keys to the spa to check (even a supervisor) seems absurd to me. It's just not what you expect from a luxury property. Stay at a boutique hotel nearby, book a spa treatment, and grab a drink in the lounge instead.

Location The room not easy accessibile. I am at 5 floor but I should go to floor 4 then I take stairs to floor 5 to find the room .

Great location and one half of the property (on the canal side) is stunning! The other half of the property where we stayed and which they still charge €500 per night is in VERY poor condition, is badly run and not worth that amount of money per night.

Only the location was good . But the rest was simply way below normal W hotel standards. Everything was very dirty and off very poor condition, the wallpaper was falling apart and the rooms very dirty and of a very low standard

The Breakfast food variety and location was excellent Front office manager's flexibility at the time of discussion in reducing my stay to 1 day only and be charged for 1 day only. The reception location and hotel entrance Hotel design and room design dose note deserve the value of money they take Did not recognized me as a VIP member of the membership neither welcome or explained the details in a proper way at the time of the check in dose not provide solutions
