Was an amazing place! In the heart of Amsterdam, few minutes from all main attractions

Very bad experience No

Location, location, location! The hotel is located at the center of Amsterdam's main attractions. We just walked throughout our stay and just barely used the tram. They were kind enough to let us store our luggages since we arrived at 9am and they let us check in ahead of the check in time which allowed us time to rest. You just need to request for towels and make sure you bring disposable ones in case they already run out out towels. Overall, I would recommend this place primarily because of the location. None that I can think of since I did not expect too much. Location was the main deal breaker for us and this exceeded our expectations.

Great location with friendly staff, room was spacious and toilets and shower was excellent. Beds could have had curtains on so people couldn't watch you sleep, although it wasn't that bad.

It’s in a prime location and easily accessible to everything. The rooms get EXTREMELY hot, and it smells nasty.

Bathroom was too small

It was only a 7 min walk from the train station and a similar distance to a grocery store for snacks and water. All around very convenient location. The room i had was VERY basic but also clean and comfortable and I think a good value for what I paid. The only two things I would say (and this is very nit picky) there was no shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. There were brackets but looked like the shelf had broken and not been replaced. Also, no reading light over the bed or any light other than the one very bright overhead light. Both a minor inconvenience and would definitely not stop me from staying again.

Accessibility to City Centre The overall experience was mixed. While the hotel has potential, the friendliness and treatment among guests were lacking, which affected the atmosphere of the stay. A more welcoming and respectful environment would greatly improve the guest experience. Additionally, the facilities are in need of improvement, as some areas felt outdated and not well maintained. With better attention to guest interaction and facility upgrades, this hotel could offer a much more pleasant stay.

All good Nothing special

Great location. small rooms little bit uncomfortable. but good

There is no room or locker for luggage storage in the reception, only put it beside the stairs. No lift there and if you have huge suitcase, it can’t fit into the locker in your room anyway cuz it’s tiny. The 8 beds room is tiny, not really suitable for 4 bunk beds.

Mainly the disgusting attitude of the staff

Very peaceful location, despite being just steps away from the main central areas. We slept wonderfully—no noise at all. The room is ideal for three people: comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small, but it has everything you need. Everything was good

The location was very central. it doesn't look as nice as the images. The cleaning people came to the bedroom to change the sheets at 9 AM while we were sleeping, but he didn't mind anyway. The toilets were dirty almost every morning because we all used the same few ones. SOME of the receptionists were mean.
