Very small room with basic facilities, deadly stairs for the elderly, small children or physically impaired. Whilst the cat was cute, it’s poop on the couch in the morning before staff arrived was not ☹️
-
Size of room. Bed arrangement.
-
Perfect location and Mo is super kind! Nothing, all was good

Great staff. I had a late check in and had to check in myself, everything was properly explained, I had zero difficulties. There was no unnecessary disturbance. I took some time to check out and they said I could take my time. Cheap and the location is great. Close to everything. Loved everything
-
super tight rooms, wide 2m, so if you are taller than 195 cannot stretch 100%. Also walls around beds are pretty visually dirty, kinda ready for new layer of paint
-
Near walking distance to every thing train station was near too make it. Great No elevator was hard

Mo was so accommodating. Our room was just right. The bathroom was renovated, and we had no problems. Someone brought our luggage down when it was time to walk to the cruise port. I was quite pleased to have booked with Mo at The Crown. ?♀️ Nothing really comes to mind. There was complimentary coffee and tea--- perhaps a light, continental breakfast would have been nice. But there were several good breakfast restaurants very nearby.

Tiny room with a glass door (!) for the toilet. Everything in the room was a bit worn. Lots of stairs, but that’s to be expected.
-
Location Hard beds, extremely steep, almost to the point of being impossible to navigate stairs

This hotel is literally in the heart of the red light and a 2-3 minute walk from some of the best restaurants and shops , I also stayed at the highest room and they sent someone to my room at 5:30am to help me down with my luggage which was very nice , the room was perfect and my view of the canal and the area was amazing. Loved my stay here and will recommend it to everyone !! Nothing , this place was beyond perfect and exceeded my expectations….

Very easy to travel anywhere. Nice canal view on King’s Day. Too much stairs. The hotel staff did help carry our bag but I would not recommend coming with a L or XL bag.

Location, location, location …. Old city house on canal in vibrant historic center approx. 15 min. walk to Central train station. The picture I submitted is view from my room looking out at canal. If you have mobility issues this historic building may not work for you as there is no elevator. Also this is a small European hotel so beds are narrow but comfortable.

Great place located in a very good area, walking distance to main point of interest and the train station. I liked everything

No elevator pack light

Perfect place to stay in the center of Amsterdam. The room was small and simple, but cozy, clean and very good planned. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. We will denfinitely come back again.
-
Unbeatable location. Friendly staff. Free coffee and water in the lobby. Very narrow stairs but manageable with suitcases. Easy check in and checkout process. You are able to leave your luggage at the hotel after checkout until 5pm or for longer at the sister hotel Bar Old Nickel a short walk away (and still in central Amsterdam very close to central station) for longer. We left our luggage at the sister hotel from 8a-7p with no issues.

When we left for the day we came back and there was a strange smell. Not bad just strange. I believe there may be some old plumbing that lets gases come through. Keeping the bathroom door closed and the window open was an easy solution.

The staff was very friendly, the amenities, room and views were awesome Everything was perfect
-
Great location. Friendly staff. Difficult stairs with luggage. Tiny rooms with lots of missing paint. Bathroom is tiny. Short sprays fro handles. Sink and toilet very small.

It was close enough to the train station and we were able to walk to and from where we needed to go. It was in the red light district. The room was pretty small.
