It is super close to the central station. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was updated and clean. We didn’t use the shower, but it was also clean and updated. Our only complaint was a small clicking noise the air conditioner made every few minutes during the night. I eventually shut it off because it was not very hot anyway.

There was no check in, it was an email with a lock box code. The bar wasn’t open when we got there and the next day it opened and closed at 1pm. Our room was right off the main street and it was a lot of noise. We didn’t get any sleep. Everything

The staff were SO kind and helpful. The bar makes good drinks too. All around very accommodating. We could hear people from the bar all. night. long. I could hear their conversations word for word. It woke me up multiple times in the night.

Toilet seat not connected to toilet, bed sheets and pillow cases stained and dirty, window didn’t shut all the way, poor AC - room was hot, no shampoo, only hand wash in the shower, mattresses were as thick as cots.

The only good aspect about the hotel is the location. In the centre of Amsterdam town. The room was very basic. Felt like a 0-Class hostel. Not worth the price. No atmosphere. No pictures on the wall. Shower bath combination.

The hotel is located in a prime area (7mjn walk from central station & from hotel to Royal palace it’s 10 min approx ) . Lot of Bar , Cafe and restaurant & shopping options around. Although it’s mentioned 24hrs front desk however there is no front desk it’s only self check in from box as they send you pin via booking.com . No lift be ready if you’re carrying a heavy luggage. Staircase also very narrow and dark they keep all cleaning stuff in the same way (please add lighting in 3rd floor to avoid accident of guests) . I was given a noon smoking room in 3rd floor and needed to lift that 17kg weight till there by myself. Room was very small and you can hear noice from other side which is bit disturbing. Bed was comfortable and also you get towel’s. But washroom commode was broken / (I was afraid to sit even?) / No Soap or shampoo but thankfully hairdryer was available.There is a tv in the room but good luck with the remote all button missing . I found this property expensive comparing to facilities they offering.

The only thing I like is the location. In the photos it shows that is your going to a hotel like it's written but, there is no reception, no elevator that you have to climb all the way up with a horrible stairs, the place is old that you can hear every thing even the walking steps, the room is not that clean, bed was uncomfortable at all, toilet and shower room was too small that we berley fit inside, and unfortunately there was a Construction works that wakes me up every morning, I'm being honest no more no less for the money I pay it doesn't worth it at all.

Location - Exceptional, Near to and walking distance to almost all attraction, very central , the street is noisy in the evening but its expected, bring an earplug Joy the host is a welcoming and the coordination for the check in is communicated well Spacious Room - my room was on the back of the property and have no view but a wall on my window, but that's ok as it is more quite in the evening and no noise AC room worth what I paid for - The Safe in the room is not working - 2 out of the 3 light bulb in the room is not working - I need to request the refrigerator to the host and was not readily available in the room ( they did advertise they have ref in the rooms and should be there and ready and no need to be requested. -The AC need figuring out to operate it -Rooms not Clean Daily same as Towels are not change even once during my 5 days stay

We stayed in the 3. Floor. The stairs were very narrow and extremely steep. So it was really hard to take our luggage there. And the room was extremely small that we couldn’t even open our luggage

Room did not match the pictures. Ours was tiny and the combo, toilet/shower/bathroom was very bad. It was tiny, and the space is completely wet after the shower so you can’t wear socks in there to brush your teeth, use the toilet etc. without getting feet wet. Remember to remove the toilet paper before you shower or it will get wet too! We made the best of it. It did have ac and a small working fridge. The linens were clean and once we accepted the room for what it was, we had a great time in Amsterdam. We were 3 people and maybe if we were 2 it would have been better but I would opt to spend a little more to get a better room. Space, shower and toilet not good to use as one.

This was, without exaggeration, the worst travel experience of my entire life. We were forced to book an early flight home after just one night - and we didn’t even sleep a single night in this room because it was too disgusting and dangerous to stay in. The room we arrived to was filthy, unhygienic, and completely run-down - nothing like the photos on Booking.com, which must have been taken a decade ago or completely falsified. The bed was full of pubic hair and dirt. The floorboards were broken, posing a physical danger, and the room smelled musty and moldy. The bathroom was filthy, and to top it off, the electrical socket next to the sink was hanging 5 cm out of the wall - a clear and serious safety hazard. This place was uninhabitable. It was a health hazard, plain and simple. There was no reception, just a noisy bar full of drunk people next door where the bartender doubled as hotel staff. We never saw the owner in person. When we contacted Booking.com, they tried to reach the host for days - she ignored every attempt. We were eventually offered a second room, which we didn’t want (we just wanted to leave), and surprise: it was just as disgusting and dangerous as the first. We had no choice but to book two nights in a different hotel, and an early flight back home. The original booking cost us €1,200 for four nights - and we never even stayed there. Booking.com refused to issue a refund, despite endless phone calls, emails, and photo evidence. In the end, all they offered us was a pathetic €146 voucher. This hotel should be shut down. It’s shocking that Booking.com continues to list this property. It violates basic health, safety, and consumer protection laws. We feel completely scammed - out of our money, time, and a vacation. (oh yeah and WiFi didn't work in the first room either, so we got promised working internet but effectively didn't even get this for over a day)
