The location is very central and convenient for going around the city or commuting to other nearby cities. The room is small but very clean and cozy. It's perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The staff are also very polite and helpful.

The Location ...
-
The steep steps. It really becomes difficult to carry your bags to 2nd floor

The location.

The room is small, but for a short stay more than enough.

Check in OK, room cleaned every day Very small room for price

Really liked the location and everything about the hotel, my first reaction after checking in and entering the room was that it is a diamond in the rough and I think most younger people would appreciate how they set it up. The entrance is kind of hidden and one time we got kind of blocked by people sitting on the table that is in front of the entrance. In the room that we got we only needed somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom. Otherwise this place is amazing and worth the money compared to what you can get in Amsterdam.

Great stay at Hotel Central Staytion! The location is perfect, set in a beautiful area that made exploring Amsterdam so easy. The property is family-owned, which really shows in the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Everything feels recently renewed and exceptionally clean. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. It’s a newly opened hotel so everything was new and clean. The beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. The location was perfect. Very close to central staying and walking distance to many attractions. Like many hotels in Amsterdam be prepared to walk up some stairs to get to your room.

The property was very clean, the room is a bit small but it was comfortable and the people were helpful and friendly, the place is close to everything as it’s in the city center

He was so helpful and considerate of my age

It was very close to the center, the staff was very nice. The towels were dirty, the water was a bit cold
-
Place was flooded Late check in Couldn’t turn radiator off
-
Room was dingy and felt dirty even though it had been cleaned. Stair up to the room were like climbing a ladder.

Italy, morning guy, brought our luggage down. He was helpful in giving directions. He was nicer than the guy when we arrived. Dirty carpeting. Shower had no curtain. Paint pealing, could hardly walk around the bed so close to the wall. The stairs were pretty hard to climb…very steep with no assistance. Pretty close to climbing a ladder. Toilet seat loose.

Our stay from August 29 to 31 was a nightmare. Room 16 was absolutely inhumane and unlivable – filthy carpet, overwhelming smell of oil from the grill, and a ventilation system so loud it was impossible to rest. When we begged to change rooms, the manager/owner simply shrugged and said they were fully booked. I wouldn’t let my dog sleep in that room. It was so bad that we ended up spending the night outside in the open air rather than risk infection or illness inside. Booking.com tried to help, but nothing could fix the fact that this hotel put us in a room not meant for humans.

Central location, Very steep stairs, no elevator, blood stained carpet throughout building, very loud and no Air conditioning
