Bicycle Hotel Amsterdam

I loved the homey feel as you walk into the place. People are congregating doing their thing. The breakfast is good. The Staff is really helpful and go out of their way to be helpful. One advised me to go to the subway ahead of time to get the feel for the place when I leave early in the morning, another shared pics and info on canal swimming. I also loved the rooms named after artists informing how the room was decorated. Quiet enough while surrounded by restaurants, a great gelato spot and a park nearby. It was a great way to start the day especially coming from nyc! ty

I loved my stay here! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the room/facilities are clean, breakfast was lovely, location is perfect! There are loads of cool bars/cafes within walking distance, but you can also rent a bike to get around quicker too. I’d definitely return! Thanks bicycle hotel :) Nothing!

The location was amazing and the staff were really helpful. We hired bikes both days which was the best way to see the city. The breakfast was basic but it was great to have this included in the room price. The stairs are steep but we soon got used to them.

My single bed room was very comfortable, mostly quiet (only one night some other room was talking loudly), only one flight up the stairs, a clean private shower room and separate toilet room right next to it. Also I really liked that there was a sink in my room and enough hangers! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a big grocery store near (3 minute walk) and I mostly walked to the city centre (about 30-45 minute walk). There were blackout curtains and the window opens wide. The breakfast was underwhelming. I didn't know previously that it was only vegetarian, which is completely fine by me and I even encourage it, but then I think you should have more options and alternatives. There were eggs, 2 types of cheese, cucumber, tomato, cereal, coffee, different spreads (hazelnut, jam, etc) and you had to ask for bread. As I'm lactose intolerant, there was thankfully oat milk available but the bread lacked toppings as most of the choices contained lactose. As the price was quite high (probably thanks to the Harry Styles residency concerts), I would have just expected at least fresh fruit, vegan ham or some other pastries. Otherwise I really enjoyed staying here.

Really friendly staff and simple, healthy breakfast A bit small for what you pay… also the walls are very thin and you hear everything, including people leaving/using the bathroom in the middle of the night.

I can reccommend the hotel. Nice staff, nice place. Cleanliness.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great and satisfying. All the staff were extremely warm, friendly, and kind. Excellent location, close to the metro and in a beautiful neighborhood. I found this place at the last minute and didn’t regret it for a single moment—I had a wonderful stay. The only downside (just as a warning) was the stairs. I stayed on the 3rd floor and they were very steep (like everywhere in Amsterdam), but I already knew this in advance so it wasn't a surprise and it wasn't ruin my excellent experience here:)
