Everything. What’s not to like about a place like this. The rooms, the facilities, the restaurants, the spa, the gym, the pool, the location. It was perfect. Only issue is that they have bikes but they make you rent them and they sold out before 10am when we were there even though there were a million bikes outside they wouldn’t let us use them. For the price of the hotel, the bikes should be free

It is in a more residential neighborhood and we found it tough to find dinner a short walk from the hotel.
-
Shower pressure very poor

Nothing. Perfect. You feel like you're at home but much much better.

Food in general was very good. Our junior suite was large and comfortable, except for the bathroom. The bathroom was too small and uncomfortable.

The staff was super friendly. We made a mistake with our reservation and the staff was super accomodating helping to find a sollution

Beautiful area with blooming sakura trees! Rooms were super clean (and my standards are pretty high). The breakfast was delicious! There were english and japanese breakfast options - which was clutch when traveling with my mom since she likes her eggs with rice and soy sauce ?. We had an issue with our luggage being brought up. It took almost an hour to get our luggage sent upstairs and it wasn’t clear why. I had to go downstairs to concierge, and then do a follow-up call from my room to see where our luggage was. If I knew it would’ve taken so long, I would have just grabbed it myself. Some of the experience with turn down service was inconsistent. Will I get a mat next to my bed today or not? Will my used teacups be cleaned or replenished? It varies day to day but overall the service was great!

Booking.com was deceptive in saying I was booking "adjoining rooms". We logically assumed this meant rooms connected internally, but it just meant two rooms next door to each other. Fortunately the hotel absorbed the cost of booking.com's deceptive practice and moved us to a beautiful suite.

The staff were super friendly, and answered all our questions.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

The staff was very helpful. There wasn't a quick little place to grab snacks.

It has charm Toilet seats are too elevated very uncomfortable

The room is spacious with a nice view. They have a very nice gym and sap; and the food is great. Some renovation might be needed; but nothing major.

Nothing much This was a truly awful hotel experience which is not worthy of the great city of Amsterdam. There were extremely expensive hidden charges after I had paid for the hotel online. The location is quite far out of town. The prices are excessive and the hotel is mediocre. The staff were not helpful. The lifts don't work properly and I had to go up and down the lifts three times in a row as my key card did not work and kept not being fixed after repeated requests. This is by a long way the most over-priced and overrated hotel I have ever stayed in. With so many other good choices in Amsterdam, this is definitely one to be avoided at all costs, as it really spoiled my stay in a delightful city.

I had access to the lounge and it was great other place to relax. Very good location. The proximity to everything and nice neighborhood. some times the automatic drapes surprised me but I got used to it. Also would like more temperature control in room and bathroom.

The hotel is beautiful, elegantly decorated, the room was comfortable, located in a very nice area of Amsterdam, and we really enjoyed also our breakfast and lunch, and the spa facilities. Can' t think of anything bad,
