Very small room, barely any place around the bed to walk around it. Dirty corridors.
-
La limpieza, atención del personal y variedad de opciones en el desayuno Solamente el baño estaba mal distribuido y la puerta de la ducha chocaba con la puerta de ingreso al baño

Room a bit small.

The late check-in option was convenient and easy to arrange. The accommodation was very basic considering the price. I could hear mice moving in the ceiling during the night, which was quite disturbing. In addition, the shower drain was clogged, causing water to drain very slowly. Overall, the experience did not justify the cost.

Place was ok, very close to a tram station. Lots of small shops and even a pharmacy nearby. It could use a bit more cleaning, but overall still ok.

Hotel is located in quiet area. It is decent hotel what is walking distance from RAI. Rooms are somewhat small, typical for Amsterdam, but for sleeping in between the exhibition days it is perfect. There have been a lot of negative comments in Google, but none of them turned out to be true.

The staff that supported me when I checked in was very unhelpful. I made an error during booking, but he was unwilling to help me and look at possibilities, I ended up paying more than I should have. Truly not a good customer service.

I was nervous about the comments at first, so I contacted the hotel before arrival. They replied kindly that everything is settled and if we need anything, they’ll be there to help. It was a big and comfortable room. The staff was so kind. Changed towels every day

We stayed for 4 days here and the hotel was pleasant. Its facilities could be updated as they are older hotel but the room was comfortable especially the mattress. Slept so well, especially with the nice extra blankets they provide. The room came with all the basic amenities that you’d need, and room service was provided. The hotel staff we always very friendly and the check in was very smooth with my booking made online. They offered breakfast in the morning and rental bikes on the property. The hotel also has an elevator which was very nice in Amsterdam with luggage. I will say the location is a little outside the main areas of Amsterdam but still very accessible by foot, bike or tram. It made the feel more local in a local neighborhood with local markets and great shops and restaurants with the park near by. The hotel street were very quiet at night with our room facing the main street. Over all was very good price for location especially if you’re out of the room all day visiting the city. I would stay there again. The hotel walls are a little thin but we didn’t experience any issues with other guests noise. The bathroom could be a little updated.

We liked how much light the room would receive when the sun was out! Never needed to use the facility's lights during the daytime other than the washroom. Beds were comfy too, though for the price, a full-sized bed would've been fairer. I think they should have at least put two glasses in the room for drinking rather than just one. Other than that, not much to say.

The hotel is nice, and the staff is very respectful and kind. They keep everything very clean. My room was big and good enough for me. I also liked that they provided an extra blanket, because the first day was very cold. I appreciated having a safe in the room as well, because it let me store my things securely and feel more at ease when leaving them in the hotel, also walk to the convention centre RAI, is just 15 minutes (I love that) The first day was very cold, so I turned on the heater to make the room warmer for the next day. There was also a bad noise in the toilet area, almost like water was running, but it was not actually water. I am not sure what it was, maybe something internal, but it made noise all day and even at night. The heater machine also made noise. For someone who really values silence at night, this could be very bothersome. In addition, noise from other rooms was very noticeable, so there was not much sound insulation. They also did not provide shampoo or conditioner, and the hand soap seemed to be the same one provided in the shower.

It’s actually in a good location since it’s in a local area south of Amsterdam filled with locals. There are also plenty of cafe’s nearby if you don’t want to go to far and very accessible to De Pijp which has a lot to offer. There are two tram stations about a 1-2 minute walk from the property, so it’s very easy to get into the center and anywhere else you want to go to. Definitely a hidden gem with the location. Some of the room had some stains on the wall along with the mattress. Nothing horribly wrong just a few discrepancies.

Very nice welcoming from the staff

The staff was so good Nothing

Concierge very friendly and helpful.

Booking dot com shows pictures of the hotel's standard double room even for the small double room. It is misleading so please be watchful before confirming. The location is a bit far from the city center but easily reachable by public transport in 15 mins.

I have to say the commute to the city center was really easy and unproblematic. Good connection also to other big train stations. The staff was always very nice and helpful. Unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel for longer than 1 night. When you take a shower there is only a half door, and the whole floor is wet. There is a huge humidity problem. We were in October and it was very cold. Not heating works. As a couple we thought we would get one big bed but there were 2 beds put together and the topper on it. The problem is that In the middle there was a dig all the time. Very uncomfy. Nothing was drying there. Other than that the room was not really clean. Please please hotel.wash those curtains!
