I booked the single room for 2 nights. The room was super clean, it had the necessary supplies, cups for tea and water, and a kettle. It had a shared bathroom and a shower room, WIFI is perfect, the staff members were great and super helpful, the location of the hotel is not far from the main station, you can walk or take the bus. The surrounding areas are packed with restaurants, supermarkets, and many things you can simply walk and discover. Overall, great stay.

It was bad, horrible, horrendous, the management of the hotel are not helpful at all and even rude.

NO HEATING POOR VENTILATION WALL SOCKETS BLOCKED BY BEDSIDE TABLE WALPAPER INSTALED POORLY

Bed bugs infestation!!! Very aggressive manager denying the obvious reality even when shown proofs. Issue reported by many (unfortunately I saw it afterwards), but because of denial of reality the issue will never be solved. If you go you will be bitten and take the risk to bring the infesation with you back home. I trashed my bag and clothes before going home to avoid it. Your stay will cost you way more than you think.

I got bedbug bites all up and down my body the last night I stayed.

Good location, great value. Beds were comfortable and it was clean enough. Small room and bathroom, but functional. Our room door was located IN the lobby next to the front door and it was noisy essentially 24/7. Earplugs would have been useful.

the staff were friendly and helpful and it was well connected to the center despite the peripheral area. Unfortunately, however, they stole an envelope with some purchases made that day from inside the room while we were out. probably someone who cleans the rooms

the worst hotel I've ever been to, never go inside, it stinks, I was bitten by bedbugs, I asked for my money back and they never gave it to me, the toilet stinks and all the beds have bedbugs, be careful, don't be fooled by the price
