comfortable room. modern and comfortable. very fast check in. 8min walk from the station. we had a problem with the kettle in our room and we werent provided with an immediate solution (basically we were told that they would solve it after we leave)

Great sized room and view from 8th floor. Place was clean and the robes and slippers were a nice addition. Didn't have breakfast but dinner was nice from a limited menu. The place was spacious and great for large groups/conferences. Location was the biggest downfall for us. Though it was an easy walk to the train and tram station, the hotel is situated in a commercial area with very little night life around. So you felt isolated to the heart beat of Amsterdam which may suit some.

We were with our 3 month baby and we enjoyed the stay. The location is good , its close to the train station (amstel) which takes you everywhere. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room itself doesn’t have A.C but they have a climate system which kept the room cool and nice to be in and it also has a mini fridge and a kettle and a coffee machine. We loved casa we will definitely come back. No balcony or terraces and windows can’t be opened

everything, Hotel was very nice, and despite the fact that there was no Air Co, the room was cool enough, even during a very warm period. nothing really. Everything was quite good.

It’s very clean, comfortable and safe!!! Also, the front seat let us check in at 8:30am! It’s very convenient for early arriving travelers!
