No elevator as is the case in most of Amsterdam! And one of the reception guys said he cannot help us with the bags. It's quite expensive for what we paid.

The morning receptionist scrolled through my photos without consent. He made me uncomfortable as a female traveler.

Might have been our own lack of research, but there were 4 sets of steep, narrow stairs up to our room! Our bathroom/shower area continually stayed soaked and we needed multiple towels each night to sop up water as there was no barrier for the shower.

Great location. No elevator. Probably an option would be to have been able to pay someone to get our luggage upstairs. 4 floors of carrying our luggage upstairs.

Location and very nice service from property—I believe they did the best they could with the temps and timing Luggage storage Radiator stopped working second day, as did wifi (Christmas Eve). No heat or heaters brought till 11:45 am Christmas. Power surge Christmas night at 9pm bc of heaters and still no radiator heat. We were aware of stairs. There are no channels on the TV, and wifi is spotty. Also, there were signs for No Outside Food for some reason (not listed on policies online).

The reception at arrival was rude The message we sent before getting there wasn't answered correctly. We asked a first floor because I was traveling with my 77 year old mother. They gave un 4th floor of steep stairs. We had to beg for help with the luggage. The stairs were filthy Horrible common areas Everything was difficult. I had to pay a private wifi because the one in the hotel was so weak.
