Let's not beat around the bush: if you're looking at this hotel, it's because at this price and in such a central location, you'll hardly find anything better in Amsterdam. If what matters to you is value for money, then you're in the right place. Sure, for a three-star hotel, it probably sits at the lower end of that category: the furnishings are pretty basic and dated, and the room size is really small. But it's clean, they clean the room every day, and (for those who choose that option) breakfast is generous and satisfying. My room didn't have air conditioning, but they provided a fan, and the window has a mosquito screen, so you can air the room out without worrying about mosquitoes and the like. The bathroom is really small, and it's practically impossible to turn around without bumping into something (there isn't even enough space between the shower and the toilet to lay out the bath mat).

Perfect location and good value for money Small beds, lack of full size mirror and out dated rooms and hotel.

Excellent location. Breakfast was nice and the reception staff friendly. Very hot day and no air conditioning so sleeping was uncomfortable. Mattress was also very soft which is unacceptable. Room was in a poor decorative state.

Location is the only good thing about this property. No AC, no fridge in the room, no ice machine, very dated, the carpet on the hallway looked like needed a good wash. It was supposed to be a 3 star hotel, but barely kooks like a 2 star.

The only good thing about this property is the location Overpriced Room is Nothing like photos on booking.com We arrived late at night and had to make our own bed the doona was all stained and dirty , we were given a doona cover to hide the dirt Bedding needs to be cleaned No bathroom accessories Toilet protrudes into shower , Mould on bathroom ceiling see photos Breakfast supplied is a joke Scrambled eggs are burnt , orange juice is hot Nothing is very sanitary We have stayed at some bad hotels before but this is one of the worst Over our 3 months of travel so far this is the worst and most expensive Can’t wait to leave
