The hotel is modern and clean. We likes the breakfast, but the scrambled eggs are always horrendous at this hotel.

Location was fantastic right next to the train station! Easy to get into centraal to explore. Lots of food locations nearby. Staff were so helpful, even on a fully booked weekend! Breakfast had so many choices and was a lovely way to start the day. Nothing!

The location, the staff. No ac in the room. sleeping was painful! further the room feels like hostel or 2 star hotel. If you have money go elsewhere this one does not worth it.

The location is excellent The rooms were small, dirty, and room service didnt change sheets just threw on comforter, wrinkled, did not replenish full set of towels, when I arrived conditioner was gone and they replaced with a tiny amount had to scrape my hand inside container as would not pump out; one coffee avail in room tho booked for 3 ppl; staff gave inconsistent offerings for drink sizes if forego room service; I was charged 5 nights for a not needed room tho told it was fully reversed within minutes of the charge and the computer showed no amount, will figure that out; few staff tho a convention was in town meaning long wait times to speak with front desk
