The staff reception was excellent, the wifi was good, rooms were comfortable and the balcony was a very nice addition.

Well located and good value. Large common areas. Mostly friendly staff. Our rooms had bedbugs. One of the staff took it very seriously while the other just brushed it off. In the end the hotel rectified the situation and gave us a full refund.

its a nice place to stay

The breakfast room and common spaces were very nice. Excellent access to public transportation. Easy to get to and from the airport. There is a grocery store beneath the hotel so it was very convenient to go down for things we needed. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The beds were clean and the shower had very good water pressure. Our room smelled very bad so that we had to keep the windows open all of the time and run the vent in the bathroom (I think the smell was coming from the bathroom), but we were facing the street so with the open window there was a lot of noise from street cars and sirens from ambulances and police cars. The stairs are very steep and not well kept which kind of had a depressing vibe. I know Amsterdam is a very expensive city but I don't feel the price I paid was a good value.

I liked stuff, location and very good brekfast.? The staircase in the hotel was extremely steep, but I understand that’s quite common in Amsterdam. But that also has its own charm. One of the beds had a bad mattress and it was uncomfortable to sleep on. Room 7.

The room was with the windows on the main street and it was pretty noisy during the evening/night.

We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, the location, near Vondelpark and proximity to the Museumplein, we were able to bike throughout the main spots city from there, all the way to Amsterdam-West and Oost. The staff was super nice and the conditions included with the room were good (kettle, TV, free wifi). All added up to a good stay that allowed us some late-night snacks and a good and safe base camp to acess all the city. Also, the Albert Heijn next door is of super value. The condition of the rooms and cleanliness could be a bit better. Also, carrying 3 keys to open all the way to our rooms is a somewhat clunky way of acessing the room.

Location was great The bathroom light didnt work, no towel for the floor so had to track water everywhere
-
Had tram near Bed bugs, no cleaning service, not enough sheets, could hear sounds from other rooms and from outside, near zero sound proofing

Very close to a tram stop, which we used every day to explore the city. It is also located above a supermarket, which made picking up snacks or treats to bring home so much easier! The size of the room suited both of us, and the beds were clean and comfy. The room could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly, especially under the bed and in the bathroom. The breakfast offerings were also a bit sparse, but since it is a free breakfast we didn’t mind that much.

I can't say anything bad about the staff and breakfast. All the staff were amazing, helpful and gently peoples. The breakfast was amazing and a lot of food. The location from the Amesterdã Central Station, wasn't too far, just get the train n17 from there to the Hotel Abba. I recommend and I will be back again soon. Thanks so much ? everyone from the Hotel Abba. Didn't have lift ( elevator). Actually it is the bad thing from there, because if there is a luggage lift(elevator), it should be amazing for the guest.

I basically liked everything about this property location was really good stuff was really nice and good people. Also had tram stop right front of the hotel. I really hated the stairs because I had to go like horizontally basically because it was too rampy. But i guess its typical stairs in Amsterdam and all the buildings are built same way.
