The bed was comfortable, the room was okay cleaned. It wasn’t perfect there where a few hairs. And the hallway was sticky. The staff was horrible me and friends where eating dinner. Meanwhile they where fighting and screaming, calling about calling the police and more. It was horrible i was scared.

Location Stairs

Location May be breakfast and a little expensive compared to room facilities
-
Shitty room about the size of a bathroom. Bed ridiculously uncomfortable. Overpriced. Water closet was a joke.
-
Nothing just the location No wifi and the bathroom was too busy
-
Stairs. No elevator.
-
The location is the only good feature of this hotel The photos are deceiving, the space of the room is beyond small, it's almost like a cell. For the price we paid it was outrageous. They excuse themselves saying it is a historical building, but it should be less rated than it is for the conditions they operate on. No help for bags. Poor breakfast options. No elevator. Overall uncomfortable and abusive price.

Personel are friendly, especially Mickie at the front desk... The place is near the Central station and very easy to locate and reachable by walking. It is sorrounded by restaurants and shops. Facilities needs upgrade.

Location Stairs and no lift, sharing washroom, which isn’t good

Nothing Absolutely do not book this hotel. Their response is completely inhumane. They showed no compassion or consideration, even for guests affected by war or emergency situations. Instead of understanding, they chose to prioritize profit over basic human decency. Communication was extremely difficult—responses were slow, unhelpful, and lacked professionalism. Customer service was one of the worst I’ve experienced: dismissive, unaccommodating, and unwilling to assist in any meaningful way. Overall, a very disappointing and stressful experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel and choose a place that values its guests and treats people with respect.

It’s was good location but don’t have elevator

Friendly and helpful staff, good location just a few hundred meters from the central station. There's restaurants, stores and entertainment very close. Staffed 24/7 which made me feel better about the stay. The room is like a prison cell, not for the sensitive guest. It's very minimal, not even a coat hanger. Everything except the sink and the sheets were dirty, there were clear stains of what looked like bodily fluids on the walls and curtains. I checked for bed bugs, but found no traces. Shower had no light and water barely came out of the nozzle. There were actual debris in the corners, so not cleaned properly in some time. There's no sound isolation at all, so don't expect to sleep well since you will hear coughing and banging doors all night. Ear plugs is a must. The towels seemed clean, but had a weird smell - better than nothing. A small bar of soap and a small plastic bag containing shampoo is offered, barely enough for one shower. There is one toilet per floor, so expect to stand in line and that people pull the handle while you're in there. The toilet was also dirty and people clearly smoked weed in there, even though the receptionist said it was forbidden. I actually feel tricked to pay €120 for one of the worst hotel experiences ever. I've been to hostels that are way better for less.

The location is great, the staff are kind and friendly
-
Its good location but its not clean hotel and the bathrooms has alot of cigarette in the bathroom and not good beds and also not comfortable rooms
-
It's a perfect, cheap, close-to-the-station room. You get what you pay for but these places can be lifesavers if you need somewhere affordable. As is often the case with these places, there's no lift and reception's up a narrow flight of stairs, so if you have heavy bags and mobility problems you might want to look elsewhere.

Excellent location, reasonably priced, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff.... the free Wifi was excellent in the large entrance room, where you could have coffee and breakfast but in my room it was not always working.
