Hotel The Noblemen

Wooow! Wow! This hotel literally stole my heart, since the first minute. Unique design and energy of this place absolutely incredible!!! Breakfast was awesome! Cleaning service was top! Huge thanks to Charles! He made my stay much more memorable! Service was 10 out of 10! Very helpful, kind, friendly guy! Aron and Pana are also been amazing. I definitely wanna come back!

The place was incredible. Gorgeous design, historic canal house, a free use of the private spa daily, custom-made breakfast delivered to the room, and the most responsive team you can ask for (especially Egor and Daniel). Outstanding! Perfect alla round

The location was fantastic and the staff was kind and worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms are very well designed and the breakfast delivered to our room every morning was such a treat! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! There isn’t an elevator, so it may be harder for those who are not comfortable with stairs. That was fine with us, though.

An experience of a lifetime. The service was unparalleled. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was super helpful and nice.The breakfast were okay. They need to have a bit more variety and needs to be a bit hotter when delivered. The room was nice but the stairs on each side of the bed we're not very practical. It made it very difficult to get in and out of the bed without bruising yourself. There was also a large chair on the right of the bed that had to be drug away from the wall in order to use the coffee services. The chair is just too big! The lighting in the room is poor and in particularly in the bathroom. It is almost impossible to shave or put make up on in that room. For the price we wouldn't stay here again when we return to Amsterdam.

Staff was fabulous and tried to do anything to help. They were very friendly and went above board to try and make you satisfied but some things were out of their control. Location was good to walk most places. House keeping left our door propped open all day one day and forgot to lock it. They did poor job of cleaning the floors as some breakfast crumbs stayed on the floor for two days. Breakfast was ok but would have liked a better selection as we had basically the same thing for three days and was usually cool by the time it got to the room. Bed was too hard and should have king size pillows to go with a king size bed and the bed was very hard to get out of due to the wooden railing. Our room was warm every night due to the AC not cooling properly but they did bring a fan the second night which helped. For the price I wouldn't stay again for what we got.

What a very unique theme hotel with great history, and a fantastic staff!

The staff were friendly and extremely professional. The hotel itself is somewhere between a museum, a residence, and a high-end boutique hotel. Each room is devoted to a Dutch inventor, thinker, or the like and this type of conceit is usually lost in execution. Not so here. I stayed in a room honoring Cornelis Drebbel; a polymath engineer who invented the submarine (a replica of the submarine rendered in copper hangs in the rafters and a very well produced mini-documentary greets the guest upon turning on the television, which is cleverly hidden in a cabinet). I have already recommended the hotel to several people!

Location and extremely beautiful room.

Such a charming boutique hotel within walking distance of all the sites in downtown Amsterdam. Clean. cozy and safe. Rooms and beautiful and unique. Staff is friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make you help you relax and have a great vacation. Breakfast is incredible! The only thing that could’ve made it better was an elevator to get bags up and down. However, that lends to the endless charm!
