Location. Quick responses to questions. Fresh towels and toilet paper every day. Can’t fit in bathroom. There was a slipper and toothbrush that weren’t ours in the bathroom. There was a dirty handprint on the wall (if you know what I mean) by the bed, and the bathroom smelled of sewer gas.

Great location with a beautiful canal view. The bus to the city center is only a 5-minute walk away, and the airport bus is around 5-8 mins away on foot. Many attractions, including the Rijksmuseum and Vondelpark, are walkable, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby within a 5mins walk. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of four . The hotel does not offer breakfast, but there are many dining options nearby. Overall, a great place to stay with a convenient location for exploring Amsterdam. The only thing I didn’t like was the stairs, especially when bringing our luggage up to the second floor. However, I believe this is quite common in many Amsterdam buildings due to their traditional architecture. Perhaps, it would be helpful if they could have a small luggage lift or something similar to make it easier for guests, since there is no elevator. Other than that, everything was great.

Beds are comfy, but the sink is too small and the fan is barely working, other than that, for the price, it was fairly pleasant
