The location Not having an elevator and the stairs are so tiny
-
There is no elevator to carry on the bag, everytume you go out you meed to leave the key. Staircases are so tiny that you are thinking what if you fall with big bags. FOR business it wasn't a good choice, plus no Air conditioning

Perfect location. Very affordable. Charming. Walkable to prime areas of the city. Very convenient to Central Station. We loved the property.
-
Great location, right in old town and a 5 min walk to train station make transit with luggage simple WiFi wasn’t great, found my devices constantly disconnecting and was easier and faster to use cellular data instead.

We loved that even for a budget hotel, it was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff was wonderful, and we enjoyed the cheap drinks and snacks in the lobby.
-
Central location. Almost a hostel vibe. Could get noisy with young tourists returning late from the Amsterdam night life.

Everything as good
-
Lots of street noise at night

Great location. Staff very friendly and pleasant. Very clean and functional room. A bit pricey, even by Amsterdam standards; but I think there may have been something going on that night since other dates before and after were cheaper

Location was perfect. Staff were friendly. Room was a good size and was comfortable. No view. Window looked onto a brick wall and onto another window.

The hotel was conveniently located The narrow stairs to climb to get to the lobby ?

Great location - an easy walk to Amsterdam Centraal and the Red Light District. This property did not offer breakfast but offers a nice dining area to enjoy snacks, soft drinks and excellent coffee that are offered for a fee. The male Reception staff were always very nice and accomodating. Property is located on a busy, crowded, dirty street. You have to walk up 2 flights of stairs in a shabby hallway to get to the Reception. Room, although kept clean, was basically shabby. There was no cell phone charge, nor body lotion in the room. Also, you had to leave your room key at the Reception whenever you left your room.

Thank you so much for an exceptional experience! We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The cleanliness is of a very high standard that I have not seen anywhere else. The staff is lovely, polite and patient. We will be happy to come back again!! ❤️ Nothing. Everything is excellent!

The location is great. A few minutes walk from the station . It is a bit noisy at night .

Very clean room. Comfortable. Great helpful staff. Glad we were on the upper floor — away from street noise. Central location. Stairs to third floor room — steep and narrow treads.
-
Small rooms, expensive, lots of stairs. Shower head doesn’t detach from the ceiling.

It was a good location from Central station. It was comfortable and you could buy an inexpensive breakfast in their reception area. It was noisy at night. Also, no elevator.

This room was amazing. Very quiet and beautiful. The location was great and near the train station. I loved this apartment but the only issue was getting to the top floor by myself with my baggage when the top floor door opened out, where there was nowhere to secure myself or my bag. This seemed like a safety risk. Someone downstairs DID offer to help and I should have taken him up on it.

The room was very basic. Just a bed and a bathroom. The shower was actually quite nice (good water pressure). The was construction being done on the floor right above mine, so it was extraordinarily unpleasant listening to saws and hammers banging away. You had to leave your key with the desk person. I'm sure there's a reason for this but it didn't seem very secure to me.
