The location. Breakfast was not bad. Staff was nice in general The size of the room and beds .
-
Location, location, location and add clean rooms and helpful staff which combined makes it a great find!

It was the perfect place to spend a final night in Amsterdam. Was nice to be so close to Vondelpark. Quiet. Comfortable bed. It’s a tight squeeze at a high price. There are better options.

Location and staff was very helpful. This was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was smaller than a bathroom on a ship. The lighting was horrible. Several narrow steps from street to lobby. One step up to bathroom, two steps out of room, very dangerous. Nothing at all like the published photos.

Great location close to tram stops. Rooms were comfortable and clean if small. Staff was helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Nice breakfast each morning. Prob the steepest stairs that I have ever seen so I used the elevator. Whole building was on heat so had to keep window open to cool room.

The bed was uncomfortable and the room was noisy as on the street

Great location. The staff were very nice and always so helpful, helping me w luggage etc. The walls are thin - can hear neighbour’s conversation and can hear the tram & ambulance passing by. Room is small and I personally don’t like carpet.

I left a small bag behind when we left. They called to let us know so we could return for it. So appreciated! They saved our trip.

On a quiet street. Was close to every thing. We had a room downstairs. Those stairs are dangerous. We understand that is Amsterdam , but maybe make them a bit wider for safety reasons

It has the perfect location and room was cozy. Always available free coffe is nice and makes great smell in the lobby. The heating was a bit off - for the first 2 days it was either full throttle or turned off - made the first night a bit bumpy and a bit tricky to manage the room temperature but nothing hard to solve.

The staff were very friendly. The area is safe. It was pricey for such a very small room and the price did not include breakfast. Don't book through Booking.com's partner Flying Blue. You will pay a LOT more.
-
Con of staying on a "below street level room": Breakfast area is on the floor above the rooms, so guests moving chairs can be loud.

Location and staff Small room
-
Breakfast was fantastic, staff outstanding and location supreme
-
Location was great and very central. Room was comfortable for a night. Nothing was wrong, but a basic hotel stay. A little overpriced for what it was.
-
Rooms are small but it is almost normal for Holland
-
The Staff was polite and helpful, the breakfast was tasty and the location very good to explore the city on foot. There is also a tram stop and a bus stop in 5 minutes walking distance if somebody wants to use the public transportation which is super easy.

Honestly kind of exceeded expectations. A lot of accommodation is quite expensive in Amsterdam, and this place was kind of in the middle. I also received a free room upgrade because I book a lot with Booking.com which was very nice. Honestly no complaints, employees were also very friendly. Honestly nothing, was perfect for my needs. Would stay again.

Great staff, perfect room for parents with two kids as each got their own bed even if they were generally together. Had all we needed. Nothing - all good
