the location near big station the air conditioner is superb, i slept so well during the heatwave thanks to the air conditioner the cleanliness could be better

Staff were very kind and welcoming, made the stay more enjoyable as we knew we were in good hands. Room was excellent and the facilities provided were lovely. Would 100% recommend and when I return to Amsterdam I will be booking again. Only thing was the bathroom door didn't have a lock. However, the bathroom was placed away from the main room area so this didn't exactly pose much of a problem. I think it would have been better with a lock.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. And the room was comfortable. The location wasn't great for a tourist. The room was comfortable but not the cleanest, a lot of dust around the bed frame and one day the maid showed up at 1700 to clean it. The breakfast was fine but uninspired.

Proximity to the train station was a key factor in choosing Mercure Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station hotel. It is a 5 minute walk. The staff were very helpful and a very good selection of snacks to buy from the self-service cabinet. Best super comfy. Not a great selection of. Dining places close by but not a major factor because hotel is only 10 minutes by train into central station and the heart of the city!

Building works to the front of the property (the whole road) all the way around the hotel made the journey not a perfect experience that needed to have been notified at the time of booking and a better explanation on how to get there as Google Maps took you on wild goose chase to find it!

Good location near to public transport Staff very helpful and courteous Also put small decoration and treats in the roomto celebrate partners birthday Roadworks in front of the hotel so had to walk round- not really hotels fault but heads up would have been nice

Its location The price for a okish breakfast, on top of what you pay to stay, also €50 euros to park for two days, that’s a extra €75 so €25 for breakfast.
