Central location, nice clean rooms, replaced towels daily, friendly helpful staff Nothing for us but others should note the stairs are very steep so the hot is not suitable for people with mobility issues

The room was spacious and clean. The stairs was quite narrow for a big luggage but for us no complaint.

Very central to everything and spacious rooms. The stairs are steep but it was on the hotel listing so can’t be complained about.

Room was bad. Loud noises past 2 am from other guests: loud music, talking, plumbing noises. Location great. Stairs steep -but ok for mobile healthy people Too noisy. Almost zero amenities.

The location was excellent. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The room was quite small and during our stay there was a heatwave, only one small fan was given. However, this was not the hotels fault it just made the stay very hot.

Nothing. Everything it wasn’t clean it was very very small no toiletries no hand towels stairs very steep very dangerous.

Location. Bed was comfy The front desk staff was kinda rude. The towels felt like old rags. There were only 2 pillows (1 per person). The shower made water go over the entire bathroom. Leaving the bathroom floor soaked

SUPERB LOCATION!! So close to everything by foot or bike, yet away from the overly touristy and crowded areas which was perfect! The staff is absolutely wonderful: always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. A special thanks to Karmel (manager) and Ricardo (assistant manager) , who went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Really. Another big plus is that the staff speaks several languages, including French, Spanish, English, and Dutch, making communication incredibly easy for international guests. We truly appreciated their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. Highly recommended! Recommendation: rent the bikes it makes it way more fun! The only downsides were that one of the windows couldn’t be opened in our room and there were no electrical outlets in the bathroom. This made getting ready a little inconvenient, especially when it came to drying and styling my hair. Other than that, everything was great and we had a very pleasant stay overall.

For travels on a budget, the room is decently sized and decently priced. Everything was clean and good. The stairs up to the rooms are very tiny. Those with luggage might struggle. Also, we were there during the 2026 summer heatwave... There was no air-con in the rooms, so it was HOT, and it did not help that there were bugs and insects that kept flying in. Perhaps an insect net could be installed during summer. I'm sure it would be perfect during winter. Apart from that, no complaints.
