This place was in a great location close to everything in either direction. Pepe was very accommodating and just a great guy in general. He gave advise of places to see, and made himself available for anything. When i come back to Amsterdam i will be deffanately trying to get this location again Nothing

Loved this property and it was central to everything, a few minutes from Central Station and Dam Square. Plenty of pubs, cafes, coffee shops, supermarkets and clothing stores all on your doorstep. Could not ask for a better location. Pepe was a great host, he met us at the apartment as arranged, gave us some great recommendations on restaurants, museums etc and was right next door if we needed anything. I have stayed in some of the highest rated hotels in Amsterdam but would return to this apartment again and again.

The location to the center is great. I was very pleased, it was a house with everything I wanted. Omer and Pepe were very helpful. It will be my only address in Amsterdam. nothing

Pepe is amazing! Gave us great recommendations and was readily available if we had anything we needed assistance with. The studio is very comfortable and in a very accessible part of the City!

I stayed at this apartment and for me the location is really the best. Located in the city center, near the shops. I also like the system they have to enter the appartement with a remote key. The bad points that I would like to mention that should be improved is the Wi-Fi, it doesn't work well, and I tried with my mobile and computer. Even when I'm trying to use my 4g or 5g, inside the appartement for some reason blocks the usage which is very annoying, especially when you need to work. The shower pressure is low, and to access the bedroom you need to use the stairs, so it may be an issue for some people. If you are too tall be careful with your head. It can be very noisy the street where the appartement is, but Amsterdam is a vibrant place too.

Very clean, perfect location, nice host, perfect for a stay in Amsterdam

Very central location, nice little studio flat brightly decorated and quiet. The fan was a godsend, we visited during a heatwave. Pepe is very nice and extremely helpful. I needed a firmer bed than the downstairs sofa bed but the kids were very happy in the single beds on the mezzanine.

The location of this place is bang on - everything is walking distance from here. The host was exceptionally good, very understanding and helpful! It's a small space but was perfect for us - three friends. It had all the amenities one could expect - a tiny functional kitchen, a cute attic bed + a couch that turns into another bed + space for luggage + fridge. As I mentioned a very functional and practical space, the only element missing would be decor but I mean one can live without it during a short stay :)

the location was exellent , litterraly right in the centre of town . Owner was very friendly and helping. Would deffinetly rent this place again . the couchbed was a bit uncomfortable, but that could just be me as i am 6'3. otherwise perfect location.

The accommodation was perfect for a few days away

Exceptional

Pepè was an exceptional host, we were able to discuss our arrival time with him and he made sure he was there to greet us. He offered some great recommendations for bike hire and some beautiful spots to visit. The accommodation is very close to the centre with only a short walk into the busier areas of the red light district in one direction and the beautiful Jordaan neighbourhood in the other direction. We were given 2 lots of keys so we were able to split the group if needed. The apartment was perfect for myself and my 2 sisters with plenty of space, coffee machine, fridge etc we will definitely be returning to Pepè's place in the future and telling everyone we can about our experience. It truly did make our experience of Amsterdam better ? Being so close to the busier areas can make for a little noise of an evening if you are like us and in bed before 12 but we expected this with the main stretch being so close and we're not a group that would be out after midnight.

The location is amazing The host is very nice and welcoming The upper level mattresses are comfortable The street noise- we could hear everything and it woke us up every time The bathroom had no ventilation so whole apartment gets humid after a shower and the shower only has a curtain so all the water comes out every time.
