Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. It's a bit of a maze to get to your room but worth it. Rooms are big, plenty of amenities, and bar available at the pool.

My big complaint is the breakfast buffet. Only one creamer, coffee was lukewarm, not a lot of choices. Pancakes were cold too. But that’s just me. Literal first world problems. The staff was friendly. Knowledgeable. Princess Corrine (irrc) made the kids happy, and that’s big.

Very clean, lots of activities for families and the shuttle to Disneyland was a time and wallet saver sure. Definitely will stay again next trip.

This has got to be the best affordable hotel around DL! A shuttle service which was immaculately on time and super easy. Pool was clean and super fun for the kids. We stayed in the main area bottom floor and our door went straight out to the pool, I highly recommend staying in this area. It is totally worth it! While other reviews said the hotel seemed slightly dated it honestly did not take away from any of the magic for us and we didn’t even notice. The Hanagi restaurant was amazing if you like sushi you have to try it. We can’t wait to stay again!!

The rooms need to be upgraded, prices are high and need to keep up with better quality, the room has a terrible smell and we called the front desk to see if they could send air refreshers and they did not, it’s just an sleep and get ready hotel, I have used them in my past trips, but this trip was not my favorite one because that reason, hopefully they do upgrade everything soon.
