Breakfast buffet should complementary, menu paid The pillows are either old or just bad, some were just flat others were very lumpy with large foam pieces. Large cockroach in the bathroom 3rd night. Dirty shower head, low water pressure, hair in the drain, low draining tub. Rooms need to be more sound proof for the nightly fire works.

The property overall was not very clean, elevators were gross and one of our beds had stains on sheets, comforter and one of the pillows. Im not doubting they were washed but should of been thrown out due to stains. Requested a replacement with housekeeping and nothing was ever brought up, slept with the one clean sheet. Then we checkout and parking ticket does not work, end up having to pay Xtra for that, called hotel directly after pressing help as it stated on ticket and no one came, told me flat out they will not refund anything, even the reservation parking charge that was still pending. We are super easy going guests who literally ask for nothing and i was even going to let the bed thing go, but the parking was the last straw. That will be the one and only time we stay at this hotel and won't recommend it to anyone.
