We were never told that rooms are not serviced daily, and it wasn’t mentioned on the website when booking. We came back to our room very late to find unmade beds and no fresh towels. When speaking to the manager the next day, he was rude telling us we were told at check-in when we were not. We had to request daily room service in order to get beds made and clean towels. COVID was 5 years ago. Time to give customers what they are paying for every day! There is not a lower rate for alternating days.

The water park and pool area was great and kept my children entertained for hours. The breakfast had variety and was pretty good. The location was very convenient with restaurants, frozen yogurt and Starbucks right outside the door.

Cons: The room smelt like mildew. There was construction outside our room. Cleaning service came on the last day. (We stayed 4 days). Had to request towels. Left full garbage out only for staff to replace with someone else’s trash. Floor in room was dirty. My husband cut his leg on the bed. Pool was nice but security not pleasant. Gave dirty pool towels. Bar open but not able to bring any drinks or food in pool area. Breakfast was decent but be prepared to wait in line to make your Mickey waffles. Hotel is not a short walking distance to Disneyland. Pros: places to eat next to the hotel.

Beautiful property, amazing amenities, and super clean.

Close to Disneyland parks and others. Pool, slides, hot tubs, lounging. They also have a 0-1.5ft pool for very little ones. bar , food with tvs playing games. Breakfast included with Mickey waffles!!! Very family friendly, no alcohol allowed in the pool area, but you can see the pool and there is a sitting area outside by bar/lounge area. The suite was perfect with a tub/shower and a shower so 2 people can be showering within the bathroom (super helpful for family/bigger groups )!!! Staff was very helpful and friendly which goes a long way when you are trying to relax and enjoy yourself too. Highly recommend for families / people with children/ elderly.

This place is great for our Disneyland trips. We have enjoyed the water park in the past when it was Cambria, but didn’t have time on this trip, and the free breakfast is an added bonus. Simple buffet with scrambled eggs, sausage patties, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, waffle stations, toasts, mini muffins and fruit. The place shows wear and tear, however, I know they are going through renovations so hopefully the face lift helps with all the scuffs and scrapes. Parking is paid, but in an underground garage. Luggage racks are available. Larger rooms/suites have a kitchenette and full fridge, and some room options have bunk beds and a king, which we love. We always come back midday for a nap and the current construction can make it a little more difficult. We don’t like the bathroom barn doors, but the toilet at least has a pocket door. Overall a great spot to call home base, and the proximity to other quicker-service restaurants puts this towards the top of our list when considering hotels. We Rideshare to and from the park, given the distance, but easy enough for us with older kids. We factor this in, compared to the cost of closer hotels within walking distance. Overall, worth staying as long as the price stays competitive!

Hotel has changed ownership and it shows! Not worth the money, pass on this hotel.

Loved the pool area and breakfast was really good
-
I was expecting they will do the cleaning of the room every morning and they didn’t. Also the breakfast was not good.
-
Pool area was chaotic and unclean. I understand having oversight at the pool area but seemed a little ridiculous that my 13 year old and 10 year old couldn't even get into the pool area to just walk around without having a parent with them.
-
Quick last-minute vacation for the family. We loved the upgraded rooms and the bunk beds. (PS, they are actually trundle beds). The kids were at the water park all day. Local food nearby. Perfect get away trip. Fun for all ages.

What can I say everything was on point

Breakfast is a zoo with the worst food imaginable. Location is good, but that’s about it.

There are floors that are closed due to construction- understandable. However, one of our nights stay the hotel had to shut off the water from 10pm to 5am. Front desk staff literally said ‘if you or your family need the restroom make sure to use it before 10pm or after 5am.’ I was shocked! Mind you I was traveling with 3 young kiddos. We reserved the family suite that sleeps 7 and unfortunately we could not use the sofa bed because the mattress had a brown stain on it. Unsure on what that stain was exactly. We spent 2 Disney days so we came back exhausted and with no energy to speak with anyone about it until checkout. At checkout they expressed their hands were tied because we booked through Expedia and we would need to reach out to Expedia directly for a refund. I believe this hotel will be a great lodging location once they have ironed out all their kinks and make sure each room’s cleanliness is thorough.

Clean room, good customer service, short walk from Toy Story lot for a free to Disneyland. Breakfast is served in the morning is busy but they have enough staff, it’s a well oiled machine.
