I have stayed at this hotel when it was the Cambria about 15 times since they opened in late 2019. It was always clean, everything worked, staff was amazing and breakfast had many options. This last stay was horrible. Reasons why: they switched our room that we had booked to a room that didn't fit our family and we were told they were booked and we just had to deal with it. We were there for 5 nights! The hot tub didn't work the whole time (this is the second trip that this has happened. The last time was in Jan 2026), We paid $32 for secured parking only to find out that the gates weren't working to the parking garage so nothing secure there. They require a wristband to enter the water area which I totally understand but this trip they added that requirement for breakfast. During our stay I put the do not disturb sign on my door as I don't like people in my room. We came home one night, and a maid had come in, made one bed, threw my medicine from the dresser onto my kids bed, took the only towel hanging up and left the rest on the floor and took one garbage can. The shower handle was broken, the water was slimy and the bathtub had no anti-slip, and my husband almost fell several times. I was almost thrown out of breakfast for not having a wristband and I told the manager about everything I just said that was wrong with the hotel. They are changing to a Marriott! I told her good luck with losing your clientele! This was a great family hotel. We won't be back.

Key card kept failing, I had to replace the keypad for the door.. got locked in the parking garage because my key card kept failing.. breakfast was ok. Did not have much to pick from. My room did not have extra TP , or towels when arrived.

The pool area was clean...couldn't bring our pretzels out there but could bring out the food it sold which was expensive.

The hotel is undergoing many renovations that hopefully make it better in the future but for our stay it was terrible. Every light in our room was broken and would not turn off, the shower head was completely broken and leaking, wallpaper peeling off, showers grout peeling off, and the list goes on. The housekeeping didn’t clean the rooms, one of our little ones had an accident that we let the front desk know about before we left for Disney and when we came back after 12 hours at the park all the trash was stacked in front of our room along with all the towels and sheets we could barely even get into the door. When we got into the room none of the sheets had been changed, we had to call housekeeping multiple times and they brought us the wrong size sheets twice and left us to put the top bunk bed together at 1130 at night while we are trying to take care of our 4 kids. We were told a manager would be calling us in the morning to help with all the issues yet he never did. We had to call 3 times before finally getting a hold of the manager about 5 pm the next day. We expressed our issues to the manager, Manny, and his immediate response was well the best I can do is send the housekeeping supervisor to our room to make sure it’s clean otherwise he could go ahead and refund us the remainder of our stay (4 nights) and we can go elsewhere where we could be happier….we took him up on it and he refunded it (after multiple calls) and we were much happier at a different hotel.

The amenities There were bugs and I got bites all over my legs. The staff was very rude.

Uber drive was about 8 min away. When arriving I was downgraded to a smaller room due to renovations. The offered a discount for the inconvenience that I never got. It’s been almost a month and they never sent me my final invoice. Staff is rude and they lie offering services they don’t provide. No shuttle services!! Not enough words to describe dishonesty and disrespect!!

This was a great hotel for our family Disney Vacation. Close to the shuttle, had a nice big pool to relax and recharge in the afternoon too.

Great location for Disney, Clean efficient rooms

We have stayed here in the past and had good experiences but it has changed ownership and we will not be going back. Cleanliness has plunged!! Rooms were dingy and I was questioning if sheets had been changed. Pool looked pretty gross when went the first day so I didn't let the kids go in. The next day it was closed and cautioned taped off. Kids did enjoy the water slides. Staff was not really friendly or welcoming. They looked annoyed when they had to check us in. There was one older women in the breakfast area that was really witty and sweet (grayish w/ponytail). She was the one plus to the stay! We enjoyed the breakfast previously since it makes it easy to get the kids fed and go for the day but some breakfast options had downgraded. The last time we stayed the front desk went over the bus schedule and options for getting to Disney upon check in etc. This time around we received no information that bus systems had stopped recently and did not find out services were discontinued until the bus never came the morning of. We ended up walking with the strollers and were 2 hours late to park, overheated before entering and got lost trying to get back to the hotel. It was overall a bit disastrous. I should have researched more like I usually do, could have possibly prevented the bus situation but the previous ownership was sooo much more helpful. Pricing was also way up from the last ownership which with all the downgrades makes no sense to stay there over a nicer hotel right by Disney.

Very well located, always kept clean and tidy. Some staff were not as helpful as others. The fire alarm went off a few times and we were put in a room for hearing impaired which had a very loud doorbell, that was pressed multiple times a day, disturbing us.
