Room was clean and very close to Disneyland

Check in was fast. Room was cleanish. I just need a place to shower and sleep and for that it was perfect. I’d stay here again with zero expectations.

Definitely would not choose to stay here again as a solo traveler. Sketchy people hanging around even at midnight when coming back from Disney. Rooms very outdated, shelves crooked, pieces missing off shower, ratty shower curtains, low water pressure, no wash cloths. Not a high maintenance person, safety is my #1 concern!

Stayed in same room in the cleanest of the 4 beds we saw. Nothing like wondering what u are sleeping in/on. **Was told they Couldn’t change sheets that night-didn’t have house keeping. Was told they’d refund my parking-I told them that isn’t what I wanted and would speak to a manager which I did the following day. Elevator broke down one day. No hair dryer, so borrowed one but plug broken so used the one by the bed. One cockroach in bathroom. Hopefully none coming home with me. When I spoke to a manager she said that because it was booked thru Expedia, was told there was nothing she could do about our complaint. On a side note I have stayed here in past with no issues. Unfortunately, not this time.

One of our rooms was average. Nothing great, but the sink had almost no pressure. Our second room had cockroaches! We killed about 5. Prob woul pass from staying here again.

They didn’t want to clean our room, I was told by the front desk they only clean them every other day. Phone was not working well. Sheets were a lil dirty they seemed.

My usual go to for my Disney trips.

The pool was great for a mid day cool off before heading back to Disneyland. Nothing fancy but does the job! Beds were comfy too.

The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. The property is a little on the older side.

The hotel was clean. Chris at check in was very helpful. The hotel is an affordable option for a trip to Disneyland, however you do have to pay for parking and no breakfast included. The snacks on-site are pretty expensive so bring snacks with you.

Could be updated

Sometime we have encounter few issues in the room but nothing they cannot fix or they move up to another room. Walking distance to Disney about 10-15 min also to plenty of places to eat around. Very very affortable too!

Close to Disney

The staff was friendly, check in was easy, and the room was clean. however the fridge in the room took quite awhile to cool and there was no hot water in our room #335 it was luke warn to warm at best. I don't know if it was just the amount of people and the hot water couldn't keep up or where the room was located. But it wasn't until the morning we were leaving we finally got simi hot water. ( i did notify the front desk of this issue.

Pictures and reviews on the website for this property are a LIE. Checked in went to the room saw a Roach chilling on the floor and no it was not dead. Front desk switched my room. Go to new room and the cleanliness was horrible. Overly dusty in the towel holder, Dried up nail polish on the wall in restroom, cobwebs in corners of the room, a used wash cloth left in the restroom, desk lamp was broken, main room light was out. Plus what i paid was not what was on my reservation. Park shuttle is no longer available. I have some pictures to show the state of the room. DO NOT STAY HERE, i was given their managers email and still have anykind of response or reply from he/she.

The room looked nothing like they advertised on their website. We didn’t have a tub it was a shower only and when I placed a towel on the floor to avoid slipping the towel and was done the towel was brown from the dirt it picked up from the floor. Sink was clogged and the shower drained slowly. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Website also stated self parking and didn’t mention anything about paying additional for parking until I checked in. When I called about the sink the front desk she would make a note because the manager didn’t start until 6:30 am and she said she would have her call me… never did. Spend a few more bucks and stay somewhere else.

I always stay here when I go to Disneyland but this was the first time at this location that I was completely dissatisfied and disappointed. The Wi-Fi did not work at all. We couldn’t charge our phones in the USB plugs as they were completely faulty, as was one of the 2 wall plugs. The shower was warm the first night and the next two nights it was cold showers only, similar to a swimming pool temperature. The tapwater was the same. The bathroom sink drain needed cleaning as it took a long time to drain. The floors were really dirty. The towel bin that holds the towels was disgustingly dirty. We were only given 3/4 roll of toilet paper. The room keys didn’t work upon our return at 11:30 pm. I was disappointed there wasn’t a hair dryer. The staff upon checkin was very friendly as were the cleaning staff. I always stay at Motel 6 throughout all my USA travels however this stop will be at a different hotel next Disneyland overnight trip. I think this hotel also is due for a reno.

Hated the shower curtain and difficult time in the shower but everything else was great.
