AMAZING STAFF ROOM WAS GREAT

This was a perfect stay for a first-time Disneyland trip for 2 adults! The only thing that is anything less than 5 stars is that housekeeping didn’t come during our stay; this isn’t really an issue but I assumed they would and piled up the towels on the bathroom floor for collection and then didn’t particularly want to re-use them at that point when they weren’t taken/replaced. Since it was just the two of us, we still had enough towels to use for the rest of our stay, but something to keep in mind for larger groups or if the towels get especially dirty.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the proximity to the parks.

Stay here often and enjoy our stay each time. Hotel rooms are feeling a little tired but excellent place to stay and will certainly be back when in town.

This an overall good hotel, rooms clean, staff nice and helpful. It is walking distance to Disneyland. I would stay here again.

The location is perfect for Disneyland visitors. 13-minute walk to the park. The area surrounding the hotel is very clean and safe. The Hotel is very clean. They have a restaurant on-site, and there are plenty of eating options in the area. The staff is great and Armando was very helpful. Highly recommend. I have stayed here more than once and each time has been outstanding. Price is superb. $600.00 for 4-nighys is a bargain for the quality and location.

We stayed here as a staycation and wanted a reasonably priced hotel - picked this at random and very happy we did. It’s very clean and beautifully decorated with a bar open in the evenings. It’s within walking distance of Disneyland. The pool is large and clean. Affordable, nice option.

The staff were always friendly and helpful but the room and hotel facilities were a let down. The sink and bathtub drains were very slow to drain. This was reported to the staff but never resolved. We ended up removing the drain plug in the tub to make the drain faster. The toilet kept running and you had to constantly jiggle the handle to stop this. Also reported to the staff but not resolved. The bathroom door lock was broken and the bathroom did not have a fan so it took some time clear the air after a shower, plus the room always felt humid (even at low room temperatures). The coffee/espresso machine was broken for our entire stay and the breakfast options were limited. Pretty much the distance from Disneyland, the clean room and the staff being friendly were the main benefits.

We had a great stay! The property was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. One of the biggest conveniences was having a grocery store right downstairs—it made grabbing anything we needed so easy. The location is also fantastic! We were within walking distance of the park and so many other places we wanted to visit. Everything we needed was close by, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The room was spacious as shown in the pictures and very cozy. Definitely satisfied with our stay.

Great location and pleasant hotel. Loud road noise disturbed sleep which is a shame and perhaps stopped a 5 star rating

Rooms were modern & clean plus staff was really helpful!

The pool was nice but no shade umbrellas so they need to replace those. About a 15-20 minute walk to Disney so not too bad and pretty safe, except for maybe late at night would seem a bit unsafe. Rates were fair and we would stay here again even though it isn’t as close as some other properties

Property was clean and well-maintained. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient.

The parking fees were not great and come out of the $250 deposit, not a separate charge so make sure you use the right card. The location proximity to Disneyland was exaggerated. Its more like a 20 minute walk. The hotel was clean and felt safe. About 50% of the staff was nice, the others either hates their jobs or the guests. Should at least have free coffee if you have to pay resort prices for food. The hotel food was decent, however. The broken hot tub was disappointing to my sore muscles. No prices on in the hotel market was annoying. Fees at checkout were confusing. Given all of the options we have for places to stay, the small things matter. Will probably not stay there again.
