The Viv Hotel, Anaheim, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Location close to Disney, however no shuttle is available. It’s a 20 to 25 minute walk. Basic facilities but staff were friendly. Housekeeping was not great asked for dirty sheets to be changed in the morning, but was not done. After a long day at the park we got back after 11 pm this was very disappointing. At checkout the next morning they did not seem very bothered when I informed them.

Room was so hot I could not sleep, when I asked the staff to help they said it was a "energy saving feature" and to just stay awake and wave my hand in front of the thermostat to keep it on, and sometimes it does not work. You cant make this up. Would not reccomend this place to anyone. They offered me nothing to compensate for the horrid experience. Beyond dissapointed with the Viv and my experience .

Everything from the restaurants to the pools and the bars were amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful!

Loved how they had available bars/restaurants and how they had a marketplace with basically anything you can actually forget and extras! Really loved that touch! Beautiful hotel beautiful view from the 7th floor. The pool everything was perfect! So far a top hotel on my list and I stay at a lot of hotels.

Upon arrival, we found the room was not properly cleaned, specifically the children's bunk bed rails. Additionally, the bathtub plug was broken, preventing me from bathing my 3-year-old, and the in-room phone rang continuously but failed to connect to the front desk or housekeeping. Although we reported these issues to Ashley at the front desk, no action was taken. Furthermore, despite being assured at check-in that our $39.00 daily parking fee would be waived and receiving vouchers to that effect, we were still charged for all four nights. We have yet to hear back from management.

Top of the V is a highlight of every stay. Reserve a table by the windows for incredible city views and the Disney fireworks in the evening. The rooftop terrace is perfect for a pre-dinner drink, and the breakfast buffet is generous and delicious. My only disappointment is the adults-only rooftop pool. We visited four times, and each time empty glasses and plates were left around the pool, used towels remained on empty chairs, and by late afternoon there were leaves floating in the water. For a hotel of this caliber, I would expect the area to be checked and cleaned more frequently. That said, this is truly our only negative point. We love staying at The Viv and highly recommend it. We will certainly return!

You have to pay for parking 40 dollars a day. The bar and restaurants charge you a service charge for every order and an alcohol tax for every cocktail/beer. Our cost for food and drinks was the same as our room fee.

We had a great time there, room is soooo clean and staff are all nice and helpful, will come back next summer

I loved this hotel. It was clean! The staff was kind! The location was close to the theme parks. I loved the store on the main floor. The room was oversized and very clean. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in the area
