Clementine Hotel & Suites Anaheim

The staff are exceptional and very accommodating. Breakfast Buffet is a great way to start the day. Furnishings could use an update but it’s perfect for a Disney stay.

We had a great stay and the staff was very friendly. We would recommend the hotel for anyone staying near Disneyland.

13 min walk from our door to the actual Disney entrance (not security lol). Friendly staff, very yummy breakfast. Will definitely stay here again ☺️

I sent a message that night, but it was more of a hassle to try to move rooms in the morning since we had the day planned out and people waiting for us. We just didn’t lock the bathroom door anymore and made sure to kill all the insects prior to going to sleep.

When I went to the front desk around 6:00 to ask for a bag of ice, I was told they don’t provide bags of ice. Instead, they asked if I had my own container that they could fill with ice. Unfortunately, I didn’t have anything to put the ice in, which was inconvenient. Another disappointment was that the pool was closed for maintenance during our entire stay. It was a very hot week, so not having access to the pool was frustrating. The room was also missing basic kitchen supplies like dish soap and a sponge. I had to go to the front desk to request them because there wasn’t any staff available to deliver the items to my room. I also needed an extra pillow and had to pick that up from the front desk as well. Despite these inconveniences, the staff was polite and provided the items I requested. Overall, I still had a pleasant stay, but I expected a few more amenities and services for the price. I would give this hotel 3 out of 5 stars.

Traveling with a family of 4 with a baby. This room was dirty. My child discovered pincer bugs in the bathroom sink and shower was dirty. The carpet, couch, and bed smelled like musty feet and made it hard to sleep comfortably. Will not bing my kids here again at their request.

This was our first stay at the Clementine. The room was great! Very clean, spacious and equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The breakfast was awesome! Different options each day, along with every day staples like cereal, oatmeal, waffles & pastries. The breakfast staff was friendly and on top of refilling stations & clean up. Walk to DL & DCA was easy...around 15 minutes. Our only disappointment was the pool being closed. The date posted when we booked stated that the pool would be open. Upon check in, we were told the date had been extended. I just checked again and the date has been extended once more. Not sure the reason for extention, but might be worth a phone call to check status if you are planning a stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

Such a wonderful place to stay when visiting Disneyland. The staff were so kind and helpful, breakfast was always tasty and the walk to the parks was easy.

Great room for a family and good breakfast

Our room was right on the street and the sliding glass doors have zero sound proofing. I could hear every persons conversation that walked by, not to mention that there is a fire department right across the street. I heard sirens all night long. At 6:00am on a Saturday, the city of Anaheim decided to power wash the sidewalk which woke me up after only having a few hours of sleep after a long day in the park. The breakfast was average and they only had gluten free muffins one of the four days. So we didn’t eat much other than eggs and sausage every single day. We won’t be coming back, there are plenty of nicer places to stay for the same price or less.

The breakfast every morning was amazing. It was nice having a great breakfast before heading to the parks. Was really bummed about the pool being out of service. It would have been a great break time activity during park breaks.

They were very helpful allowing us to store things before our room was ready. Even allowing us to eat breakfast on check in day. Sadly, the pool was out of service and no one told us about the arrangements at a nearby hotel. I happened to be in the right place at the right time and overheard someone else asking. The hotel was nice, breakfast was great, location to the parks perfect, an easy walk and worth the price!

First off the property is rundown and needs updating; foggy windows, dirty carpets and unkept landscape! Second the pool per the sign is being renovated which was not brought to our attention upon check in. Third, the property allowed guests to play basketball with loud music, yelling and screaming well past the 9pm cutoff time of the rules. Finally the staff, highly under trained, dont ever refer to me as “dude” or “pops” and walking past a staff member blowing out his nose onto the sidewalk is disgraceful and revolting!

Rooms were spacious and accommodating for our large group. Pool was closed due to renovations, which was a bummer. There was no indication that it would be closed when we booked. The breakfast was decent.

Pool not open while we were there. Our room comfortably slept 6, could’ve slept 8. Nice to have a little kitchen and family room area. Would definitely recommend!
