Loved this location for Disney. An easy 10-12 min walk with my four kids (solo mom) ages 4-12. Property was so nice and clean. Room was spacious. The AC was LOUD and the fans ran constantly which was annoying. The one thing that made me upset was that at check-in they gave me some breakfast vouchers I did not ask for nor pay for. The vouchers said “PAID 1 adult” and “PAID 4 kids.” Spoiler alert- they were not paid for, they were only discounted. If she told me that at check-in I missed it bc I was frazzled traveling by myself with four kids. It felt very deceptive. I wouldn’t have done breakfast if I had known. The Starbucks in the lobby was awesome and the perfect treat before our walk to Disney!

The only thing i didnt really like was that the floor in the bathroom didnt look like it had been mopped. There was a few hairs on the floor and it seemed dusty but other than that, the room and the hotel were perfect!

Most staff were amazing,the lady at checkout wanted to argue about why my room hadn’t been serviced. Literally the only down side ,everything and everyone else was amazing!

This is the perfect hotel for families. Spacious rooms, food on site (other options close by too), pool, jacuzzi, and splash pad. Super kind and helpful staff! We will visit again.

My spouse and I booked this one because we were traveling with my sister, and her three young kids, go to Disney. Overall? Not worth the money. This hotel is an easy uber ride away from SNA, which was great. The hotel itself was very clean and everything was in working order… except staff and their communication. We stayed four days, and each day, it was never serviced / housekept. The first day, we figured it was a fluke- no biggie. We called down to the front, and they said they would send someone up, and they did, but by that time, we were exhausted from the parks and just wanted to shower and sleep, so we just had them change the towels. Then it happened AGAIN the next day, and we called down, and the front desk couldn’t understand why we were frustrated. They offered to have someone come up and clean it, but they didn’t offer any remedy to make the situation better or to NOT let it happen again. Okay(ish) hotel to stay in to get to Disney, but don’t expect any level of service or extra care or comfort. Instead, you can drink a water bottle in your room for $4/piece and have dirty towels and linens. Not worth the money by a long shot.

We had a wonderful time and the customer service was excellent.
