Where to being… booking this hotel with confidence and excitement, just to experience probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. As often as we travel and stay in hotels, I don’t think I’ve ever had such a negative experience. I have a household of 5 kids, not including myself and my husband… no where on the website did it state we must only have a maximum of 5 guest to receive wristbands for the mini water park/ pool area. I then had to book an entirely new reservation to receive 2 more wristbands. 250$ for two extra wristbands, when I’m sure we could have bought two rather than another hotel room. Which then limited our vacation and create less of an exciting experience than anticipated. It was very upsetting and regretful.

Clean room- it's not a new hotel but it's location and it's staff, also it's overall- including the parking, was very worth it.

AC was terrible, the hallways were extremely hot. Our bathroom felt like a sauna at nighttime. They’re so strict at the water park and pool, constantly telling children not to run.

The Waterpark was a nice feature for the young children and Disneyland fireworks could be viewed from our balcony.

The property is very close to the parks and an easy 4 min walk. The room was a little outdated and needs new carpeting, but the beds are comfortable and the room was clean.

Room was nice with the bunk beds . Waterpark was fun staff was friendly only thing AC didn't work very well our room was stuffy the entire time we were there

The staff was great, the rooms were good, should have got a suite, I got two rooms but they weren’t connected which I didn’t like. I should have asked, but other than that it was great! Swimming pools were amazing and so clean!

Close to the Disney Land.

We had a wonderful stay however it would have been nice to stay and use the pools past noon on the day of checking out. We understand not being able to

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Just disappointed they couldn’t accommodate our late check out but overall it was still a good experience.

We had a great stay. I loved having a kurig in the room. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was very nice!

Great customer service, however the facilities had a strange scent and our room wasn’t very clean (residue in toilet and shower).

The rooms were clean and the playground was fun. The maintenance worker that walked into my room while I was napping I didn't have the top lock latched due to my family being at the pool. Never received any notification that worker would need to come to our room. Very uncomfortable as a woman.

It was very clean and close to Disneyland I understand the pool wrist bands are not replaced, however, when you ask the front desk they are rude about a customer asking. It is not what was said but how it was said. A little understanding goes a lomg way and the attitude in how you say things makes a huge difference in how the message is received.

FYI $30 parking per day added to rate.
