Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Anaheim by IHG

I was chraged $33.99 for an overnight parking which was not propey detailed in their website. This Hotel is a big Joke. And their staff are Rude. Do not come on this hotel. Its a waste of money

Perfect spot for a Disney trip. Easy drive to DLand parking.

We stay at holiday inn express all over the country. This is by far the worst hotel we stayed at. Oh and there is the $21 breakfast buffet. Not worth $5 let alone $21

Don't waste your money on this place. Splash pad did not work for most of the visit. Hallways and elevators were dirty, wallpaper falling off, boards placed over holes in hallways, floors not cleaned and smelled musty was very dingy. Key cards to get in room and everywhere else in hotel did not work. Had to go to front desk multiple times daily to get key cards fixed. All guests were having this issue. Staff just said "it's an old system so it's really sensitive". Housekeeping came in while we were gone. I have no idea why they even came in. The only thing that they did was take dirty towels from under the sink along with some of my clothing. They did not make the beds. They did not vacuum. They did not leave clean towels. They did nothing besides take dirty towels and my clothing from under the sink. I am still having to discuss with the hotel if it's going to be found or if I'm going to get a $50 refund. This is after having to place multiple phone calls to the lobby, go down to the desk in person and they still want me to wait until the end of the day, waste my time calling them again to see if they find my clothing 2 days after housekeeping took it. Then I guess they're going to mail it to me if they find it? Because I've now checked out and left the hotel. Oh also heard people complaining during breakfast that the milk was sour and expired. Any positive review on this hotel has got to be fake. Absolutely ridiculous it was such a waste of my money and time.

Stayed here 2 nights. It was okay. A bit outdated, but overall clean. We would stay here again given the proximity to the parks. I didn’t see many families walking, but the park was a short walk away.

I felt like the pictures online are a little deceiving. There was a lot of construction on our floor that seemed like it hadn’t been actually worked on in months. Overall the whole hotel was kind of damp and musty. The breakfast is crazy expensive and just a typical continental breakfast. Staff was great though!

The splash pad was amazing for my toddler.

Really enjoyed our stay

Everything was nice and clean! The room was spacious, although we had 5 guests in our room. I certainly don’t mind staying here for our next trip back.

Clean room and staff was really nice.

The staff The overall facilities... very run down, very dirty, dead bugs all over ceilings near the elevator, smelly... for the price it was absolutely not worth it. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were all awesome. Would never stay here again, though.

Won’t return and will not recommend to other people. My entire family of 12 all had rooms with you this week and won’t be returning.
