room room was not as pictured. bathroom smelled and not the cleanest.

It’s a value and close to Disneyland. I’ve stayed here many times. I understand “budget” motels and have the expectation to match. This time though, there was an actual leak raining down in the bathroom over the toilet. I can tell they were aware of it since it looked like a piece of drywall was screwed in over it. It didn’t stop water from falling and waking me up. I mentioned it at check out and I only got an “ok” as a response. Not even shocked or apologetic. I don’t even know what it was so I had to use the bathroom with a towel over my head. Even for budget, that was not OK.

Good walking distance to Toy Story Parking lot and close by to Walgreens and IHOP. There was no hair blow drier.

Empty pool & comfy bed & shower Used my nickname when booking and since it didnt match my ID legal 1st name, they didnt trust me in the beginning until I said will cancel and get back credit on my card plenty other hotels around. But then after an hour they ket ne into my reserved room. That wasn't necessary

It was close to disneyland not at all a bad walk. It was a bed hot shower and ac worked very well. Room wasn't very clean at all. Walls were dirty and there are a lot of problems with these rooms. They need patch work. Paint ect. Parking wasn't the greatest but it is free.

It’s always clean. Only one time we struggled with the ac the level button was missing I couldn’t see if I was moving to the right spot for the cool air. But once they helped me it worked great!

Location was a few minutes away from Disneyland. Office staff don't have good customer service and the facilities are very outdated.

The staff was really nice. It was out dated, not very clean, trash outside between the 2 hotels, swimming pool could use a good cleaning, parking was a tight squeeze.

The area where it is located was amazing. The walk to stores and Disneyland was quick and easy. The parking lot is very small.
