Nice and pleasant behavior

Bed was decent but paint and other furnature were broken or very rough. Lady at check in was nice and it did have hot water in the shower.

Didn't like it The room smelled bad, bathroom not clean, I booked a room with 3 double bed and I got 2 double bed. I didn't stay so I booked somewhere else.

Everything. The mini fridge in the room was leaking water from the minute we walked in. There was no manager on duty, had to wait 30+ mins to check in. Only one bed had warm blanket, only a cover sheet. Shower only gave hot water. Moldy

Very nice

They are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms may be slightly dated but they are very large and comfortable. It is exactly what I expect every time.

Staff was pretty nice and everything but the room was not all that it was great but I had problems with the saints ticket in there it was loose and everything but everything else looked okay

I had a clean room and the front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. Will be staying with OYO again!

I wish I could give more than 10 for customer service.
