Staff. Ease of check in and out. Safe lot low noise

Location. Staff. Room size. Bathroom. Fridge was little weak but it work out fine.

Professional and normal -Good Small cable outlets didn't work , pesky tenants, area is heavy laden with street walkers , someone even said "hoe " at me and guys on the street on motorized scooters were rudely claiming they're with Jesus Christ but not leaving women like me alone .

The room is in terrible and unsanitary condition. I even saw hair on the bed and in the bath tube. Specifically, the main door lock feels faulty, flimsy, and seems like it is about to break. Furthermore, there is absolutely no internal security latch. Terrible!!!

Nothing The owners were very rude and the service was horrible. They charged us $60 extra (hidden fees) and they mumble when they talk and just ask for extra money randomly. It was horrible. The rooms were okay just there was cigarette burns on the sheets and stains on them too. The only good part was one of the cleaning ladies. She needs a raise she was sweet and kind.

It was cheap. But you get what you paid for. There was a strong animal odor in the room that kind of took your breath away. There were blown outlets, damage to the bathroom doors, light fixtures that were held on by duct tape, but the most disgusting part was the cockroaches we found in my clothes.

It was very quiet and calm. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The housekeeping and front desk were very polite and helpful when there was an issue. Absolutely nothing , everything was perfect.

Staff was very helpful. I'm disabled and they gave me extra time to check out. The hot tub in the room was awesome Lil scetchy area.

Everything was great. Our room had ice cold AC , small fridge, and two beds. The young man who helped us out was great. He was very helpful and friendly. Will be booking again .

I liked how well the staff was available to handle any concerns I might have. I didn't like the constant fast paced criminal element the intersection itself creates

The location, Price, and Property staff. Unhoused individuals hanging around in the parking lot. Cleanliness, no windows to view your car, parking was hard to find; was instructed to park in a non parking stall, was asked for cash deposit and had to use their atm machine to withdraw.
